We used to take our dog when I was younger and come back 10 years later for my 19th birthday and they have done so much with it, beautiful clean and tidy new buildings, great museum and gift shop. And the show was great even though there wasn't many of us the two performers made it work.

User

We really enjoyed our day at Bosworth Battlefield today - the Routiers de Rouen were absolutely excellent and definitely the highlight of the visit!

User

Very good museum, it's great to see somewhere dedicated to the Wars of the Roses. Good blend of interactive and informative for variety of ages. A lot of exhibits to look at and a good way to start before going up to the battlefield itself.

User

Really interesting exhibition. Admission price is fair for the amount there is to see. Thank you.

User

On the spur of the moment on a drive between Derby and Bridgend, South Wales, I turned off and drove to take a look. Ended up taking a guided tour and it was great. The lovely lady in the ticket office gave me a discounted ticket as the tour was leaving with not enough time to see the exhibition. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made the afternoon an experience. I will be coming again. Picnic tables everywhere and dogs are welcome. Do it, well worth it.

User

Myself and my husband came here recently and had a lovely day.

The museum was ALOT larger than we thought, full of educational talks, lots to challenge your own knowledge and of course, you can try on the armour. Brilliant idea of the voting coins to choose who you thought was the more successful King. The gift shop was lovely and we bought a selection of different items. We were lucky enough to be joined by the Soldiers camp on the weekend of visiting. They were amazing. The talks were fun and upbeat, answered all questions honestly and it was a pleasure to speak to them.

We have kept our tickets - can't believe they are valid for 12 months and we are planning a return visit very soon!

User

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time, very friendly staff, nice walk round the fields too, and very informative and interactive walk through museum. We were there a good 4-5 hours, excellent value for 8 quid each. We actually purchased to double ticket to visit the richard the third visitor centre too, and planned to go on the same day, but bosworth was so good we didnt have time!

User

I love coming here. I have attended the monthly talks, spent the day taking in the excitement of the battle reenactment (twice), took part in the 'trial of Richard III' and went to the Christmas Fayre last night. I have the highest praise for the staff who do the talks. My favourite is Eddie who is extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. I have always found the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. I hope to join one of the guided walks next weekend and take a couple of friends with me.

User

I brought my client here, he's got semi advanced dementia and the lady behind the counter was fantastic! We arrived about 1.30pm and she gave me lots of information and helped me decide which activity was best for us, I didn't get a name but she was lovely. Ed had a lovely time :)

User

Had a fabulous day at the Summer Fair event. I didn't get to see much as I had a craft stall but there was definitely a happy atmosphere amongst the staff and the visitors. The guided walks were a great success with everyone making a point of thanking the guide personally. Would definitely recommend a visit.

User

First time visit today and it was fantastic, had a battlefield guided walk with Eddie Small wood, really great museum exhibition and Eddie's battlefield guided walk was the highlight for me, a very friendly and informative guide who was engaging all the way through and a joy too listen too, I certainly will be back in the near future that is a certainty :) Great day out, even though the weather was a bit wet ! But the weather certainly did not dampen the day, so I highly recommend going on a guided battlefield walk with Eddie, and for £4.50 it is worth every penny of it !

User

Finally got to see the Battle of Bosworth reenactment for the first time this year and I have to say "What an event!"

Everything about the event was exceptional, the Camp, Jousting, Archery, Cannons and muskets and then the Battle itself, brilliant! In between events there was loads to look at and see, with interactive stuff like Archery and Crossbow lessons, craft stalls and displays, beer tent and food vendors. We were there all afternoon and in the end didn't even get time to look round the visitor centre, we'll have to pop back for that. Well worth the visit!

User

Brilliant day out we loved it. Great information which kept my children's interest (age 6 and 8 ) and brought the battle to life for them. They learnt a lot and it still talking about the wars of the roses and tudors two days later.

User

An absolutely fantastic day out. The exhibition is informative & interesting with lots of quality, hands on activities for children and adults alike. Would also highly recommend the guided walk around the park - we were taken by John who gave fascinating & accessible insights into the history and events as we went around. He was brilliant!

User

Love our Sunday walk round the battlefield but have to say the main path to the rose garden is disgusting - full of huge piles of dog mess. Not very nice if you have children running around.

User

I’ve been here several times over the years and I think it would be criminal if the area was taken over for a car tasting track.

User

I visited the centre on 30th April 2017 and found it very interesting. There was however a tented village display also with archery displays, this absolutely fascinating. The knowledge and exhibits were brilliant. This part of the day made it for me.

The explanations and discussions I had in the tented village turned an average trip into a fnaic experience. Make sureth Rouen people aare the if you go.

User

Fantastic history and good display. Harder to see the battlefield as it was when walking around but the walks are delightful. I would recommend for all history buffs and families when the mediaeval village is open.

User

Brilliant place - guided walking tour with Eddie was very informative with good humour it made for a very enjoyable hour and a half. The exhibition centre was very hands on, great for kids. Lunch was very good and very reasonable compared to a great many places.

Les Routiers de Rouen made for more outdoor information - they really know their stuff!

All in all a really nice day.
