Even though it's a miserable rainy day, we're still feeling very Christmassy!! Our Christmas trees are under cover and dry, the Christmas Cabin, houseplants and gift shop look lovely and the Bay Cafe is open for delicious food and drinks!!

What a fantastic weekend we’ve had!! So many children have been to visit Santa and we’ve had a really lovely time. Can’t wait for next weekend! 🎄🎅🎄

What a fantastic morning! Started with a lovely breakfast followed by crafts and a visit to the big man. All staff so friendly and helpful and really made Jack feel welcome. Every little touch thought of - and even personalised gifts which was a lovely touch. Special memories made today. One happy little boy. Thank you ����

We have the pleasure of meeting Santa this morning with out 14 month old daughter. Wow is all I can say Santa was amazing his elf was to. The activities wile waiting were brilliant for every age group was warm and very welcoming the staff were more than amazing. I'm a bahhumbug but today my Xmas spirit was there.

Thanks to everyone that made my daughter's first visit to santa an amazing experience. Ohh and she was also smitten by the cute reindeer was also a hit with out little one. 10000% we will be returning for the next activities that are planned 100% service

We had such a lovely time today with all the Easter activities going on and seeing the lambs. All the staff were amazing and so friendly definetly highly recommend ��

We had a lovely time meeting the mommy sheep and baby lambs. Really friendly and attentive staff! Fabulous stock in the shop and the cafe is lovely too. Highly recommended. �

We are regulars at Botany Bay; the staff are always lovely, helpful and inviting even with an inquisitive toddler in tow. The cafe is wonderful; the food is great quality, quick to come out and again brilliant service! We love it!

Took the kids (5,2) this morning for the Reptile encounter. They loved it lots of small activities to craft and colour. A couple of snakes, tortoise and terrapins to engage them. Then after a lovely lunch of chips beans and pizza (£3.50 for the kids which i felt was good value and mustve been yummy as they ate it) we completed the easter egg hunt prize draw activity. All in all we happily spent 3.5 hours there.

All staff were lovely and welcoming and helpful, listening to the children when they needed help.

Will be going back for some bedding plants when the oldest is back at school as they looked lovely and healthy and a good price � Thankyou Botany Bay Nursery

Took my Mum yesterday and she was so happy with her hanging baskets and some other lovely quality plants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the café was great. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely go back. Just about got all of her purchases in my car! �

This morning we visited santa, elves and Thunder the reindeer! �The experience was second to non from the moment of arrival! So many thoughtful activities from quirky snowman craft tee lights, to photo props and settings, all the staff were hands on and passionate about their role, a true credit to you! Santa was a delight, the gifts were all personalised with both our boys names on and had been carefully selected with presents for there ages, which were beautiful! So well organised, the endless priceless little touches didn't go un noticed! Extremely amazing value in such a relaxing environment! THANK YOU!!

The staff were lovely and polite. Cake and coffee in the cafe were to die for! The prices were very reasonable with a wide range of plants and garden accessories. I shall be back.�

Last weekend I took my 5 year old daughter to visit Santa, it was so lovely, she loved doing the activities while waiting to go in and see him. While there she made a Xmas card and posted it to Santa, today she received a letter back, I can’t believe that you have taken the time to read every letter and hand write a reply, thanking her for her “great Christmas card” and saying that the reindeer on the front was “very handsome” she was totally over the moon �

Highly recommend, 1st time we have been here (only heard about the garden centre thru fb) and cant wait to visit again. Kids had a brilliant morning and all for free. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Had a stall here this last weekend for their first craft fair in the new events area. It was brilliant ! Well organised, well laid out, well advertised, free tea and coffee for all the exhibitors (:which was such a grateful touch ). Staff couldn't do enough for us, even had chance to catch one of the veggie breakfasts early Sunday morning. ..which was beautiful. Such a friendly, homely and very reasonable garden centre thank you so much for your hard work, would definitely like to return.

Had a fab day with my great niece pumpkin carving and drawing at the cost of only £1.00. I then treated myself to coffee and cake for me and a free drink and cookie for the little one. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Well done Botany Bay x

Great visit. The grandchildren loved Father Christmas, the reindeer and the goat. We stayed for a Sunday roast lunch which was also excellent, in fact my son said it was the best Sunday lunch he had eaten out. We asked the chef for his gravy recipe - but apparently it's a secret! Nice, friendly atmosphere, and all the staff were very helpful. Did I mention the cakes? We all brought some to take home and they were delicious.

First visit and it was lovely. The santa was the best one we have see. Lovely atmosphere, low key and super friendly. Family feel to the entire place. ���� would visit again. Well done to all the staff xx
