Another little job completed for St Michaels school. We have removed an old broken non repairable boiler, serving the 2 large hot water cylinders and replaced it by connecting them to a redundant circuit on the other boiler currently serving the heating circuits. Complete renovation of this kitchen. Total Re wire, Re render, Re plaster and all new plumbing chased into the walls for a nice modern sleek finish. Before tiling and fitting new kitchen units and worktop. Looks amazing and customer is very happy. :-)

Another job coming to an end. Finishing works to a loft conversion started by others. We have insulated and boarded the walls and ceilings. Plaster throughout and fitted out the new ensuite shower room, also first and second fix plumbing and electrics. Plenty of extra space for another happy customer.

A repair job in a school this morning, a 42mm copper hot supply pipe with a leak on a solder joint. Isolated cut out and replaced.
