Q: What's your most memorable or funniest moment at Brindley?
A: โMy most memorable moment was when I announced I was having a little boy and everyone was throwing blue confetti at me in the office that was really nice! ๐ The funniest moment was when Stuart was on the phone to a customer and someone behind him had a trolley. He stepped backwards on the trolley and fell over โ the best part was he carried on the conversation with the customer on the floor with the phone out of his handโ ๐
Q: What's the biggest change you've noticed since working at Brindley? ๐ค
A: โIโve seen a difference between been a showroom host and receptionist. Itโs essential I have knowledge of the cars in the showroom and the confidence of passing that knowledge to customers.โ
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role? ๐
A: โThe team! Itโs a really great team to work with. Helping customers out and making sure they have a 5 star experience is something I really enjoy too!โ โญ๏ธ
Q: What are your hobbies outside of work?
A: โI like going swimming with my little one and going shopping on Saturdays.โ ๐โโ๏ธ
