Tour de Ford organisations was brilliantly done for the 50 mile ride on Saturday. The dealership were most welcoming and looked after us well. The route was one of the best cycled todate well done Ford and team Sky.

Matt in new car sales has been amazing! Not only sorted me a great deal, but kept me fully informed through the entire process and while I was awaiting delivery.

The service my daughter has received in buying a used car from them is far from acceptable. Calls not returned when they say they would be things that should have been sorted before the car was collected were not done. It seems like we have this young ladies money and that’s that. I have read some of the comments on here and can’t believe that we are talking about the same people. A month after having the vehicle we are still waiting for stuff to be done. I know it will get sorted but in the meantime she is having to drive a car that is only 4 years old and wouldn’t pass an MOT.

Terrible service from buying my vehicle and now from the service department!! I have never received such poor/rude customer service from staff, I will be never go back to this place again!! Shocking behavior �

So far poor. picking up new van on Wednesday and still have not even got Registration details to allow me to arrange insurance.

My work van has been at BSM since last Thursday, a fault has appeared since the recent service there. During the past week my van has not moved ( i have a tracker) and after numerous phone calls stating "we haven't had time" I now want BSM to advise if they are going to pay for my lost revenue !!!!! What is the point of buying a BRAND NEW van from FORD with warranty and then you are ignored? Mercedes and VW will be getting my business in the future as I increase my fleet. Appalling service and a very angry customer. BSM contact me today otherwise this will be taken further !!

Car has been in twice for a total of three and a half weeks. First time took a week to fob me off with a software update which was a recall - how does it take a week to try this? Second time was in for two and a half weeks, couldn't find problem, repeatedly told car hadn't been looked at and no senior technician available - although when speaking to a manager he said it had been looked at regularly. Why the car can't stay on the ramp until resolved I still haven't fathomed as if the receptionists were telling the truth it spent most of the time in a parking bay. Nobody updated with progress, all me chasing. Eventually had a full clutch change (automatic Ford Focus) and still isn't right. Nobody followed up after to see if issue resolved - despite me raising a complaint and emailing CEO. Still not sure how they have resolved said complaint.Will look for another Ford dealer to follow up with as it's still under warranty. Also if you look at reviews they have commented on pretty much every positive one and ignored every negative...shows in itself how complaints are handled.
