Where is everyone at?? ☺️ ☺️

Top marks to Aaron (can't recall his last name, one of the sales advisors), spoke to him at the Auto-Extravaganza up Norton Green, he was really polite and professional and allowed me and my partner have a good look around and sit in the cars etc.

Went up to the dealer today as he said he would happily take me out in the MK3 Focus RS as I have always wanted a ride however most sale folk arent interested unless they see a potential sale. He stuck to his word and was a genuine, top bloke and a credit to the dealership, he restored my faith in using and recommending Bristol Street after the few issue's I had when I purchased my ST from there last August. Big thanks Aaron!

User

Took our 15 plate focus ST today with a 'whirring' noise. Not booked in, just turned up for help. They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful if they tried. My 2yr old daughter even commented on 'how nice the lady was'!!! They diagnosed the fault straight away and fixed the problem. Plus a recall fault (we knew nothing about) within a couple of hours. Will definitely be taking the car there again. Thank you so much οΏ½

Purchased my ford Fiesta 2 months ago after having a Nissan for 3 years wish I changed earlier

User

My ford lease was coming up to its 4th year which the balloon payment is due. Hartwell ford where I purchased the van never contacted me to see if I wanted another van!! How stupid. So Bristol street stoke is my local dealer where I found Donna. Oh Donna Donna Donna. You searched the universe for me and phoned me everyday until you found me a Sport. A first class service from a first class sales woman. Thanks Donna.

User

Just bought my second car from Ford! Great customer service by everyone, especially Belinda! Sorted everything out, kept me updated and got me the best deals! Thanks again B, see you in a couple of years when it’s time for a new one!

User

I took my car in for a service as I needed a service pretty quickly as I had my driving test a week after and wanted everything to be ready for when I passed so I went to see if the Bristol street motors in stoke could fit me in any time soon luckily they did and the staff were great really friendly, approachable and had a want to help attitude, as for the manager I felt like he couldn't do enough for me he was great and he got me a space on the next day! This helped me a lot as like I said I have my test coming up and will be going back for sure. highly recommended.

User

I had the best experience in getting a new car from stoke ford. she was very patient and gave great advice. Thanks so much Belinda.

Couldn't fault any of the staff as they were very friendly. Would highly recommend. Thanks again πŸ–’

User

Great service from Richard in Commercial sales, helped me choose a van for my correct usage and extras added, no pressure sales at all and was very helpful throughout the process from start to finish thank you οΏ½

User

A big thank you to the commercial vehicle sector for the Ranger Wildtrack demonstrator. I can't wait to put it to the test tomorrow and Wednesday. If it performs as well as it looks then it shouldn't have any problems

User

Great cars but the waiting times take ages they always say it won’t take long the. 45 mins later you’re still waiting so that could be improved on a plus note nice seating area

User

My van has been in several times over the last few months for routine servicing Brakes (Discs & Pads) plus a couple of minor things...

The Brake Fiasco I won’t go into as It’s far too complicated!!οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½

And we got lent a van while ours was in for service which was great...

But it’s little niggly things that Ford need to iron out Like they think your time is less precious than theirs...an hour Job turns into Two! Etc etc

And to be fair The Staff on the desk should have Flack Jackets for all the stick they take which they have NO control over...Ayeshia would have got 5Stars οΏ½ all day long...She’s funny and really tries to get things done on time...Nothing seems to much trouble for her....

But alas folk in the background let the place down!!

Overall customer service is average to say least...οΏ½οΏ½

User

totally unprofessional very rude on the service desk totally unorganized yhis is our second time at dealing with them THERE WONT BE A THIRD 1st ford foucus rs we had at 900 miles needed a new clutch was told it was driver abuse so not covered under warranty so we paid for it 3 weeks later had a courtesy phone call from ford itself asking how the car was my husband informed them we still had issues and it was not right and angry that we had to pay for it now wait for this this ford informed us they had paid under the warranty because of the low mileage upon contacting Bristol street stoke they apologized they had missed the email and our money was refunded back unformed them the car still smelled of clutch smell and i was told out the air con on full it would eventually go well it did not Mr Moore who was at Bristol street at the time drove the car for 2 weeks and admitted there was a problem so we all decided they keep the car and we had another brand new 67 plate rs when in April we received a urgent recall letter from ford it has taken ages to get the car booked in and when i have got it booked in for today Tuesday 17/7/18 they tell me now its the 18th iam fuming as i have taken the day of work to take the car they tell me to ring them at 1.00 to see if they can have it and if there is a loan car i can use a very angry customer

User

Posted on behalf of my husband who is too angry to post himself. Brand new ecosport purchased in december taken in to have door handle to be replaced as it had fallen off told to bring it in the following week as part needed to be ordered. Tuesday car taken no part diagnostic assessment done part ordered . Take back for third time had the car all day when went to collect car not done as person who was supposed to do it was not in work on that day (reason given) Go back again with promise of courtesy car but due to not knowing expiry date of licence (paper type) wasnt allowed a car so rebooked for today 12/7 car taken in again door stripped when went to collect needed more parts which again need ordering so courtesy car given with me still not knowing the expiry date but being extremly annoyed with the fact that after 5 wasted days my car still not sorted making it clear to the staff.

I explained that i was unhappy with the very poor service and customer care and asked that the seal that had been damaged in the department was also repaired at this time. I am due to collect the car tomorrow fingers crossed

Our van has been in since Thursday and the part required to fix the problem is on back order . Fair enough but we have been asking for a loan van for 4 days and still haven't received one . The problem which I think is a big one is the lack of communication from the department even if it's bad news just pick up the phone and call . This van is used on a daily basis for business use which can be up and down the country . Other manufacturers get the customers who are under warranty a loan vehicle in a few hours obviously not with Ford . Terrible service when it didn't have to be , parts do go onto back order and repairs are delayed but your lack of communication has been less than desirable .

My van had a number of faults many of which were warranty items. It had a problem with the clutch pedal not returning to the top and remaining partially depressed, this problem had been reported twice previously. I was informed I had to pay for a clutch and master slave Β£1100 please sir. After an exchange of views this was reduced so Β£600 and a month later van is returned but EML light lit, Brake service indicator on even though health check shows brake pads are fine, recall incomplete. All these items are listed on an estimate sent to me and I was told these were warranty issues but could I pay for a new fuel filter which was a consumable.

Incompetent, slow, this is not the first time I have had issues previously an engine fault which required a replacement engine unit in the end took 14 weeks and endless wrangling having to prove the correct grade of oil was used in services basically they did everything to avoid having to make a warranty repair.

Spoke with the dealer principle who advised that they were aware of issues with the service department and he assured me changes would be made and my next customer experience would be markedly better. Well Mr Dealer Principle the same issues still exist, why has it taken four weeks to replace a clutch and fuel filter, why are half of the issues not rectified? Why is it only the work I have been billed for appears to have been completed although I doubt whether this has been done correctly! The servicing department is a shambles as a result when my fleet of vans need replacing I will be looking at anything but Ford!

User

I am absolutely disgusted in what this dealership has done! To find out 2 months after purchasing my car I have had payments going out of my account for a service plan each month, after refusing it several times, the sales women had gone and done it anyway! You cannot trust this dealership!!!!!

User

Had 4 vehicles over the last 5 years and have issues with Bristol Street over all of them. Today's issue is the 8 week old Transit Connect lost it brakes causing it to hit a kerb, after closer inspection it appears the brake fluid has gone due to the brake fluid reservoir being adrift and losing the fluid and in turn losing brakes. This incidentally has caused the driver to use a kerb to stop and Ford haven't even offered to sort the damaged alloy wheel. Very disappointing and extremely dangerous

User

Do not use the service or mot department here! They have not picked up a fault on my car on my latest mot done with them, which was on last year's mot done with them, no work has been done on the advisory yet it hasn't appeared on this year's mot as fail or advisory, which has resulted in us having a car accident! I have been trying since 12.30 yesterday to speak to the manager of the department or the general manger and surprise surprise none of them are available to talk! Spoken to their complaints department and again No one available to talk to!!!!!! Would definitely NOT recommend!!!!!

User

Been to the dealership tonight to be told that the second hand cars are over there but the rep couldn't help us as he only deals with new cars. Shame really since we pulled up in an 61 plate galaxy and was looking at buying either a new one or a new mondeo estate. Maybe next time you should not judge your customers before finding out what car they wish to purchase and if that's new like ours was going to be or second hand. But thank you for showing us the right choice. We will be going to Audi for our new car.
