Took my car in for its service last Saturday and I couldn’t recommend Ben Steventon enough for getting me booked in so quickly and providing me with a courtesy car so I could get to work and back. I was kept up to date and I was told straight away when my car was finished which was under an hour of it arriving at Bristol Street motors. On collection after work Ben explained to me what needed to be done to help improve my car! Very happy all round! �

Massive thanks to Ben steventon, I brought my Ford Edge in for a service and with it being a big car it took around 2 hours. To which I had 16 months old child to keep occupied. Ben was attentive and kept me updated on how the service was going, offered refreshments for me and my son too. Nothing was too much trouble and was very polite and helpful.



Great waiting area. Would just recommend some extra toys for other little ones to help keep occupied.



Would highly recommend and will be coming back for my next service.

Well what can I say one off the worst expericences of ever had with a dealership and still undergoing.

My car was sent to them with a gearbox fault on 3 occasions with them coming back to me saying there isnt a problem then eventually after the 4th time saying there was a problem . For them to have the car for 2 and half weeks with me constantly phoning them to get answers of what's goin on to they have found another problem with the gearbox. Leaving me for a week with no car cycling to work for nearly a week for miles. Still having to constantly phone to find out what is goin on as they never phoned me or contacted me back. Eventually they gave me one of there cars for a few days . But while have this car they tell me my car is done so I go to take the car back leaving work early for them to say when I get there that they've still got a problem so go back with their car.

Eventually they get me a hire car as I wanted my car back the week before as I was camping so now I was paying out money for extra insurance just incase anything did happen being away with a 2 year old an 9 year old stressed to the max. Come back off holiday left phoning them for 3 days not heard of them either for me to phone them an say my car is ready.

Finally im told my car is done, I see my car in the car park, its filthy not cleaned bearing in mind it has been with them for over 2 weeks, cost me money to have warranty work done there is a side pocket where the obd port is which was lying in the passenger foot well to so car isn't even back together properly. Start driving home and can't even get 2nd gear, the gear box is even worse when first went in . Been fobbed off, passed on, ignored, lied to an still having to phone. More importantly nearly losing my job!! Having to phone them constantly to find out what's going on with my car.

Companies moto........TO DELIVER AN OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH HONESTY AND TRUST

That I can honestly say hasn't been followed!!

Thoroughly disappointed by the car that was sold to me and the customer service I have received.

I have a Fiat 500 on finance secured through another Bristol street motor branch and have had nothing but problems with the car, constantly paying out for parts to be replaced and fixed.

My car broke down on Friday 23rd of February, RAC were fantastic and towed my car to kings norton branch the same day. Lady on the desk advised it wouldn’t be looked at until Tuesday 27th which I understood. Tuesday came and I was waiting for an update but no one ever calls. I rang the branch to be advised it hadn’t been looked at and they were trying to push it through for Wednesday 28th. Again, I understood. Wednesday came, once again no update so I rang. Couldn’t get through and ended up being transferred to head office who took my details and offered me a call back. Kings Norton rang me back, told me no one had looked at my car and that I should just wait for a phone call.

Thursday no call so rang again and was told my car had been allocated 2 hours in the workshop for Friday 2nd March. You’ve guessed it, no call Friday!

Rang Saturday morning (today) and have now been advised it won’t be looked at until Tuesday 6th March, and that they might have to send it off to Fiat for repair. I am paying for finance on a car I don’t have, have paid over £1000k in repairs in the last year. Bristol street have let me down. I would not recommend using Bristol street as a company and I definitely would not recommended using kings norton branch garage for car repairs.

This branch of Bristol street is run terribly! I have had issues with my car locking itself with the keys and children inside and because it’s intermittent nothing will be done about it. To top it off I used a courtesy car and after returning it realised I’d left my purse in there which has my life in it. No more than 10 minutes later I tried to get it back but was told the car had been given out already (strange, it takes longer than that to complete the paperwork) they contacted the customer who would return it later that day. This was Tuesday and I’m still awaiting the phone call. They simply don’t care about customer care. I have my ID, bank cards, money etc in that purse and I’ve called 3 times a day since, every time I’m told the same thing “I will leave an urgent message for someone to return your call”. I’m still waiting! I have no money or access to money and for all I know someone could be using my details as we speak which breaches data protection. It’s just rude and the fact that they don’t check vehicles before they are let out again is a joke aswell as a safety issue! I will be taking this further

Sold us a new car and when it developed a fault at less than a year of age were unwilling to do anything about it. Left us with a dangerous car and a massive bill if we want to swap it. Do yourself a favour and give your business to someone else.

Put my van in for a service 60k. I tell them the reg and it’s a van. So they now know it’s a van. and they say to me while it’s in we’ll give it a wash. The van has been there 3 times now and it’s never been cleaned. You need to stop telling van owners you’ll wash there van because you can’t get my van in the car wash bay. Also while waiting 2 1/2 hours in that waiting room while my fuel filter was get done, it was frezzzzing. I didn’t have any change with me so couldn’t get a cup of tea . They need to put a heater in the waiting room and more comfortable chairs as they are crap.

My partner was on the way back from work wen the car went bang so the recovery man towed it to bristol street motors needless to say we won't be using them again the car was there for over 4 weeks vcoz they didn't no what was wrong with it n wen they did finally fix it a week after it coming out the garage the car broke down again .....absolute disgrace

My Tourneo Custom has been in twice for a simple leaking power steering leak repair and it’s now worse than ever. It’s back for a 3rd time on Monday and it better be 100% fixed this time. As a repair service this garage is rubbish. Oh and if you have a car with 1234 gas in the air con system forget it. They can’t even fix that either.

I have now been waiting to have my radio code sorted out for over a month, and still have had no feedback or a curtesy call to say what is going on. I have put a complaint in via a email to ford U.K. and Bristol street kings norton because I'm not very happy with how this has been handled. I had a response with the manager is on annual leave. Is there no one else who can deal with it? This is now getting beyond a joke. Customer service at this dealership is terrible. Definitely won't be buying or sending my car back here.
