Paul has 34 years experience within the transport industry, with the past 17 years as an LGV L Training Manager for a large Blue Chip Company.


After many years of training drivers for a large food company, he decided to start his own business, taking everything he had learnt in his 34 years and using it to help others achieve their career aspirations.


Paul has the following qualifications:

•DIP DI (diploma in driving instruction)
•DVSA Vol Reg (16 years)

•ADI (car - 7 years)
•Certificate of Professional Competence in Transport Management

•Defensive Driving

•Fuel Saving (SAFED)

•Accident Investigator- Level 4 City & Guilds
