Had a very relaxed lunch excellent service thank you

What a lovely place, we stayed the night and was not disappointed. The room was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I travel a lot around the world with work and have to say that it was the best breakfast I have ever had!

Went with family and me n hubby had te sunday roast chicken to share, and our cousins had the pork loin to share and it was exceptional! Plenty of veg roasties mash ect the only fault i can say was the gravy was very watery.

I would highly recommend and go again

Went here for brunch when we visited Worcester to stay when we went to Cheltenham races for my friends 50th. Some of us wanted the breakfast martini but they didn’t have some of the ingredients so offered us espresso and porn star ones. The food was absolutely lovely I cannot fault it at all I had the poached egg and muffin with bacon and it was lush. There were 11 of us and we all really enjoyed what we had ordered. The staff were lovely and even when the bill was wrong they were so helpful and willing to spend the time to get it right (apparently the till was adding up wrong) so in the end we agreed on a price. The actual restaurant was decorated beautifully with crushed velvet seats that looked lovely. Would recommend and am thinking of going back to stay in one of there boutique rooms.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary in the suite. It was perfect. Friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Amazing room so unique to any other hotel we have stayed at which was refreshing. Loved our stay that much booked our return visit upon check out. Thank you look forward to next time.

We stayed at Browns on 16th June... it was actually our wedding night, when we booked in we turned up with approx 30 of our guests for a few drinks before our wedding reception started.... we were greeted with a very warm welcome and they had set aside a roped area for us... our stay was lovely very comfortable and breakfast was perfect

The best place to be on a summers afternoon, lovely sandwiches and drinks, great restraint too, can fault it.

Thank you to Richard for taking the time to show us around the hotel rooms. They really are stunning. A lot of hard work and creativity has gone into this project. Congratulations to everyone involved ��

Oh my! What a find. Lovely in every respect. We stayed in room 301. High ceilings, huge room with at least six windows overlooking the River Severn at the swan sanctuary, lovely staff, and the BEST breakfast. Superb.

Lovely staff, very nice food, great service!! Excellent experience, nice choices of menus. Also a great warm welcome! Definitely be going back! 💋😀👌

I was in a group of 12, we had excellent food and service. Will definitely be going again

I stayed here with my husband for one night. The hospitality was very good. A warm welcome on arrival, a complimentary glass of prosecco. Our room was beautifully clean. Small touches like fresh milk for the tea in the fridge was great. We were on the top floor and found out by accident from the ladies who were cleaning that the lift wasn't working. It didn't matter to us but it could have and we had the extra struggle down with our bags ( on arrival our bags were taken to our room). A minor niggle though . We ate in the restaurant and the food was perfect. The waiting staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I would recommend this place. We loved it.

Had a fabulous Sunday Lunch here for 4 people. Haven’t been in a while but delighted to say it’s still every bit as good. Even though it was very busy the staff were still extremely attentive. Very impressed with all the dishes, especially the meats which were melt in your mouth good. To finish we had the dessert sharing platter which was a taste of everything & a perfect finish to a perfect lunch.

Can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel, warm greeting on arrival. On checking out this morning the language from the man shouting service in the kitchen was bad, the lady checking us out apologised.

Had a fantastic evening, we had the Friday fizz, duck and crab starter were lovely, the Merlot was awful included in the offer but waitress let us change, so charged it to prosecco so happier. The beef main course medallions was lovely, sea bass was overlooked unfortunately, brownie fabulous, trifle tasteless. Overall a lovely evening and would return.

Bit naughty that drinks bought at the bar are added to the main bill and incur a service charge.

We had very high expectations on arrival as we were greeted warmly and the decor look fabulous. After waiting over half an hour for our table, which only came about because i asked if it was ready, we were then shown to the very rear of the restaurant our disappointment began. We ordered 3 fillet steaks at £32 each and received 2 very small steaks (more 6oz than 8oz) and one inedible, tough, fatty piece of meat. On sending back we were told the chef confirmed it was a fillet but there was none left. In my experience you do not get sinew and fat on a piece of fillet steak. We were offered replacement sirloin but by this time the other diners had finished and the waiter said it would be taken off the bill. When the bill arrived after waiting an eon for the coffees the card machine worked on the 3rd time. I was told this was because of a poor signal but surely this could seem uncomfortable to the payer infront of the other patrons? If the signal is so poor at the rear of the building would it not be more polite to ask the diner to come to the till?

In summary we were incredibly disappointed in our evening as we were so looking forward to trying somewhere new in Worcester. It is a shame to have to write a negative review as no one is perfect all of the time, but i feel more attention needs to be given to the individual after so much has obviously been given to the decor.

Oh my! What a find. Lovely in every respect. We stayed in room 301. High ceilings, huge room with at least six windows overlooking the River Severn at the swan sanctuary, lovely staff, and the BEST breakfast. Superb.

I stayed here with my husband for one night. The hospitality was very good. A warm welcome on arrival, a complimentary glass of prosecco. Our room was beautifully clean. Small touches like fresh milk for the tea in the fridge was great. We were on the top floor and found out by accident from the ladies who were cleaning that the lift wasn't working. It didn't matter to us but it could have and we had the extra struggle down with our bags ( on arrival our bags were taken to our room). A minor niggle though . We ate in the restaurant and the food was perfect. The waiting staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I would recommend this place. We loved it.

Had a fantastic time for our 15th anniversary, the food was awesome and the service from the staff was brilliant. Very warm atmosphere great people would definitely recommend this to anyone �

Had a fabulous Sunday Lunch here for 4 people. Haven’t been in a while but delighted to say it’s still every bit as good. Even though it was very busy the staff were still extremely attentive. Very impressed with all the dishes, especially the meats which were melt in your mouth good. To finish we had the dessert sharing platter which was a taste of everything & a perfect finish to a perfect lunch.

Can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel, warm greeting on arrival. On checking out this morning the language from the man shouting service in the kitchen was bad, the lady checking us out apologised.

Had a fantastic evening, we had the Friday fizz, duck and crab starter were lovely, the Merlot was awful included in the offer but waitress let us change, so charged it to prosecco so happier. The beef main course medallions was lovely, sea bass was overlooked unfortunately, brownie fabulous, trifle tasteless. Overall a lovely evening and would return.

Bit naughty that drinks bought at the bar are added to the main bill and incur a service charge.

We had very high expectations on arrival as we were greeted warmly and the decor look fabulous. After waiting over half an hour for our table, which only came about because i asked if it was ready, we were then shown to the very rear of the restaurant our disappointment began. We ordered 3 fillet steaks at £32 each and received 2 very small steaks (more 6oz than 8oz) and one inedible, tough, fatty piece of meat. On sending back we were told the chef confirmed it was a fillet but there was none left. In my experience you do not get sinew and fat on a piece of fillet steak. We were offered replacement sirloin but by this time the other diners had finished and the waiter said it would be taken off the bill. When the bill arrived after waiting an eon for the coffees the card machine worked on the 3rd time. I was told this was because of a poor signal but surely this could seem uncomfortable to the payer infront of the other patrons? If the signal is so poor at the rear of the building would it not be more polite to ask the diner to come to the till?

In summary we were incredibly disappointed in our evening as we were so looking forward to trying somewhere new in Worcester. It is a shame to have to write a negative review as no one is perfect all of the time, but i feel more attention needs to be given to the individual after so much has obviously been given to the decor.
