BSMLife is owned by and run by Adrienne Potter and was founded off the back of Bewdley Sports Massage.
Adriennes' background in sports therapy goes back to 2004 after retraining in Sports & Fitness after the birth of her son in 2000.
With the diagnosis of breast cancer in 2013, the sports therapy clinic was wound down to a very part time basis and eventually closed in September 2014.
But with a passion for health and wellbeing, a many years of the flexibility off self employment Forever Living seemed like the logical step to make.
Forever Living Products established business model with 40 years experience in the Health & Wellness industry with products that are suitable from the cradle to the grave with both us and our four legged counterparts.

This month I celebrate 5 years since my breast cancer diagnosis - where on earth have those years gone 😳
Well, thankfully I’m still here and no doubt driving you insane with my inane whitterings.

Lovely visit to Bill White Nursery this afternoon, got a cheeky shot of one of my favourite products at the moment.
A lovely light moisturiser, great as an after sun, especially when you keep it in a h fridge, but also a great all over moisturiser ❤️

I bought some aloe vera products from Adrienne for my daughter who had been suffering with lots of spots on her face for quite a long time. We had tried various creams and tablets from the doctors, and bought endless amounts of lotions and potions from Amazon, but nothing seemed to help at all, in fact I'm sure some of the solutions actually made it worse. Adrienne kindly brought along a basket of goodies for us to just try out to see if they helped - we had gel to drink before breakfast, masks, moisturiser, scrubs etc. and after a couple of days we began to notice the difference - so much so that we bought the products. I did think at the time that they were a tad expensive, but now I realise that the money was very well spent and we are so pleased with how her face is clearing up. It's great when other people notice it as well. We would highly recommend the Forever products.

Also love the little tester hampers that she will deliver to you, leave with you to try for a while, and then collect again when you're done - fabulous idea!
