Food is delicious, place is awesome, I only have one criticism you need to train some of the young lads that serve at the front look very lifeless like they don't won't to be their. Overall food wise brilliant.

Food great well worth the money. Staff have always been friendly

Got ten chicken wings from there the other day they were freshly cooked and was no small pept wings ! Going to get some more right. Now andthe milkshakes are delicious x

Excellent chicken, always fresh! Friendly staff too (drinks:fruit shoots/juices are expensive if not purchased as part of a meal)

Nearly a 5 star rating until they started putting cheese in the fish wraps as since they changed that it tastes horrible.



So now I have to eat a chicken wrap instead but apart from that its a good place to eat.



Just had to take off a star here just for the way Buba Joes are replying to customers with little respect at all.



Buba Joes staff there are polite at there place.



But whoever is replying on behalf of Buba joes to these comments bellow sound like they lost there brains.



Buba Joes yes your a fast food place we understand that but you by trading standards law still are required to cook food properly so stop reply garbage on your Facebook page.



it doesn't mean just because you're a fast food place that you can serve up un-cooked food.



3 stars now as I very annoyed that you can reply on Facebook to comments to other customers with such a pathetic excuse that your only a fast food place.

I have been trying to get in touch with one of the staff for a year now. It is really important. He is a Somali guy and his name starts with the W. Again, this is really important. If you read this can u pls contact me on facebook! Thanks.

Burgers are thin slices of cheese! No flavour and dry at kilburn branch. Need to improve guys!

after eating here i felt a rather bad stomach ache then i found out that they have a mere 1 star for the hygiene rating , i learnt my lesson and will never eat here again .

Very rude staff and poor service as it was quite busy and staff are not working in a professional manner . I was left waiting for my order for nearly 30 minutes then told they don't know anything about it due to the twat who served me once he checked then apologised but overall i would avoid this place

This is the second time I went to this foul shop, but this visit was a hundred times worse than the first. I ordered a piri piri burger meal, but little did I know that their so called "piri piri" is a plain chicken fillet drenched in some horrible sauce that squirts out your burger when you try to take a bite. But that's not the worst part, the chicken inside the burger was covered in slimy strands of nerves and veins!! NEVER in my life have I ever received a cooked breast fillet which was oozing with veins!! If the shop was still open it would have ended up in someones face (beard or no beard), but it wasn't, so in the bin it all went! Shame on you people who put a price on garbage and sell it off as food. Never will I step foot in your shop again, and if I can help it, nor will anyone I know!

Terrible food accompanied with terrible service, you would expect half decent food for their highley priced meals , i mean i felt naucious immediatley after eating here , My honest opinion is that he food here is not even fit for RATS

TODAY 28-11-14 had a very bad time in Buba Joes. I went with my family around 7pm and ordered food. While eating food i noticed that chicken wing is red inside so took it to the manager and he argued but changed. So i came back up stare to continue eating food.

Then son started complaining that the chicken burger is chewie so when i checked it, it was uncooked chicken fillet. So i started worried that my son eaten uncooked chicken and i was started worried about his health.

So took it to the counter and showed them but they were very rude and insulting and been told to wait for the manager. After 20 minute wait on the counter, asked for the manager but they started ignoring. Then i had to call police because their manager was not showing up and my food was getting cold. After a long wait the manager came and he said that "it happened usually some times customers get this problem because of HMC approved". On top of it the staff member started funny which was very insulting.

At the end i had to leave the restaurant after getting as mentioned above.

When i reached at home, my son started vomiting and getting sick.

Since i started to go Buba Joes it is my third complaint. So i would like to warn other customers that it is not worth eating unsafe food in any case.

Shop was very dirty also windows had lot of finger prints chairs wre greasy. Tables were greasy. Was also very hot in their,windows wre shut. Who knows how the kitchen must be ????????



Chips were stail. Food was absolutely disgusting. ordered a big buger cme with 1 bun !!!
