We used Burnap and Abel for our sale and found them brilliant. Daryl was always at the end of the phone if we needed him (and we did because our sale was very frustrating from a legal standpoint). He was professional and quick to call us back and take action on our behalf in chasing slow lawyers etc. Highly recommend.

If anyone is looking to sell their property I highly recommend Burnap and Abel. The property was on the market on the Wednesday afternoon and an offer accepted on the following Tuesday morning. Daryl put me at ease the whole time and never once complained if I had called or hassled him in any way. All of the staff there are friendly and make you feel part of their team, they all know what the situation is and if you call and who is dealing with you is out of the office, they know exactly what to do or say. I would 100% use them again!

Having completed today, we couldn't recommend these guys more, they have been fantastic (and our purchase didn't go as smoothly as hoped) from start to finish. Just opened our little box, and wow thank you! We shall enjoy our goodies :) Sabrina & Andrew xx
