We have been celebrating ‘National Love Your Pet Day’ here at Coventry Allesley Green today!
We have shared photographs of the pets we have at home, discussing unusual pets some people might have and how we look after them.
But most excitingly we have been caring for a very special pet for the day, ‘MO’ our Nursery Managers sons hamster!
... Murray came to Nursery to talk to the children all about his pet hamster, where he is from, how he exercises, what his favourite foods are and all the important information we need to know about caring for him!

The Pre-school counsel had a meeting at Busy Bees St Neots, the children were asked what they would like to change in their nursery.
They would like to make a Lion, Tiger and Leopard house!

Chesterfield Barlborough are proud to announce their upcoming project, Smile4life, where we will be encouraging more opportunities for children to brush their teeth throughout the day. We will be providing toothbrushes, toothpaste and having toothbrush stations put up in our bathrooms at nursery. Our staff are excited to start training to ensure this is done correctly and is fun for the children. Smile4Life will begin after Easter, alongside Julie Upton, who is the organiser of this exciting opportunity. Another reason why we give every child the best start in life!

We are feeling the love at Noah’s Ark today, our children are having a wonderful time today at their valentines party! The children are all dressed in Valentines colours, and have been exploring the wonderful activities such as making ‘love potions’, searching for valentines treasure in the sand tray or this activity where the children are busy flower arranging!
This is an excellent opportunity to develop creativity, as well as working on their fine motor skills. We are looking forward to our valentines tea party later too!

At Castle Garden, we are all ready to share the love and treat our parents to some delicious treats this Valentines Day ❤️

In our Pre-school at Barlborough, we have welcomed Buzz in open arms, we made him a hat for our celebration party for him welcoming him to the nursery and for snack today we have tried honey on toast!
The children discussed where honey comes from and kept thanking Buzz for the delicious honey. Another reason why we give every child the best start in life!
