first visit last night...wont be the last...fantastic food and service...staff were polite and friendly... very helpful too....thank you :-)

We visited in the week and the food was absolutely amazing - by far the best burgers we’ve ever had! The staff were so welcoming and very helpful. Such a lovely place. We’ll definitely be returning and will recommend to everyone!

Today was tough for me and my husband. our little boy had surgery, so after he went into theatre we decided to go for a burger while we wait as we hadnt eaten all day. we where greeted by our server (jess) who greeted us and asked us how our day was going. given the circumstances, my eyes filled with tears as i explained what was going on. Jess hugged me , asked a few questions and took our drinks order , followed shortly by our food order. we wolfed down that food (it was amazing!!) and promptly ordered a desert to share (oreo cheesecake... is also amazing.) she then asked if there was anything ese she could do for us , so i asked for the bill.. NOTHING prepeared me for her responce 'no its on us today , theres no way your paying for food today of all days' causing me and my husband to both start crying again. she then handed us a get well card for our son. i asked to seak to the manager to thank him (jonathan) who could not have been kinder. we showed them both some pictures of our boy ,

on hearing my son's nickname 'pickle' jonathan then handed us the smallest tshirt he had with 'pickle' written on it as thats a crew shirt! , the kindness didnt stop there. we have been invited back when oskar has his check ups for ANOTHER meal.



In this world , these days small acts of kindness are rare. We where blown away by the kindess of this team, and it was all genuine. they all really cared. we will NEVER forget it.



As a result we have invited the whole team to Oskar's christning , we look forward to seeing them there.

Service wasn’t great I’d rate it 2* but when speaking to the manager he was very understanding and helpful to deal with the service issue. Will defo return again.

Really great food and great table service friendly bunch. I ordered The Cheese Burger really juicy loads of cheese and fresh bun. Cheese and bacon topped chips were great and washed it all down with a Reece’s milkshake. Really good experience.

Love this place, so good with kids and service was so quick, milkshakes to die for this is officially my kids favourite place to eat now!

Love the place! Food fab and staff really nice and helpful. Best of all they have no nuts in the resturant anymore so people with life threatening allergies can feel a bit more safe when eating out.

I must admit the service was amazing with a really attentive guy serving us . The burgers were really delicious but it would be nice for the price to have fries included and the Music is a bit loud but that is a small complaint really.

Good food and good environment complimented by attentive staff 🙏🏽 loved it and we'll be back

From the music to the staff the atmosphere of the place is great. Been meaning to try it for ages and decided that today was the day! The wife loved her thick cold milk shake and I thought the Byron burger was to die for, fresh well cooked and beautifully presented. Think I've just found the place to have my 50th birthday meal at!

Byron at Birmimgham. You have just made a grown woman cry! The food was fabulous. This came after a very long 3 days battling snow in Scotland and getting as far as Birmingham but still failing to get home.

More than the food was the kindness and fun your brought at the end of a very long tough day. What a lovely team! Thank you.

Amazing food as always. We asked for an extra pot of pickles to take home with us as they are the best ever and we were given a massive can of them!!! Our eyes popped out of our heads! Absolutely outstanding service �� ��

Enjoyed my choice of food. ..had to take doggy bag home so there is proof right there. ..lovely staff...a bonus for me....

My children's favorite place any Bryan but this one was on point for them. It was my first time so see what they mean.

Byron’s is nice but a bit over priced for burgers and chips! I had a double bacon and cheese burger which was £12.50 and bacon and cheese fries were £4.50. This is the same across all Byron’s so doesn’t not reflect this one. The service was good and it was our waitresses first day and she did great. The decour is really nice as well. Recommend if you want to pay that much for a burger and chips, oh and the Oreo milkshake is immense!!!’n

Staff were great, meal arrived in a timely fashion, was over all enjoyable, but in terms of quality to cost it falters for me, I have had a lot more enjoyable meals from cheaper restaurants... I wouldn't say avoid it, I'd definitely recommend just not as amazing as I'd been lead to believe

Nice food but I’m only giving 3 stars as the fries should definitely come with the meal for the price paid! None of us ate the useless pickle! If fries came with meal I would go back for sure. Also, the tea and coffee cups should be bigger, one gulp and it was gone, not good for the price. Or make just tea and regular coffee refills?

Tried here as the one in london is amazing! .. was seated and served quickly but this was nothing like Byron in london� just avarage pub food... if the prices are going to match the london branch then the food has to also .

Decided to try Byrons as a last minute decision to grab some food with my daughter. Service was attentive and atmosphere was good but value for money was very disappointing. I ordered my burger and asked if they did sweet potato fries instead of normal fries and was told my £9 burger came with nothing. I cancelled the burger, my daughter had one as she was hungry and when it arrived with just that sat in the middle of the plate with a gurkin on the side I was taken aback. The burger was nothing any different to one you can get for £5 elsewhere with fries. I did tell the waiter and he did say a lot of people complain about this. I'm afraid I won't be returning. Nice place but thumbs down to the quantity against price
