We had an amazing night on Saturday. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was cooked to perfection! I had a lovely steak as a main, calamari as a starter and beautifully cooked asparagus. I highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

User

We as a group from up country visited Royal Leamington Spa yesterday for the day and we had lunch at Côte Brasserie. We were made very welcome and the food was well worth the money and the service was excellent. I well recommend the choices of food and drinks and if ever I am in Leamington again on a visit, I will definitely come there for my lunch.

User

Not the first time we've been here but once again a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I mentioned that I was following a particular diet and our waiter suggested something they could do and that's what I had. Love having breakfast here!! Great service, thank you!!

User

Love Cote great food and service every time!!!!

User

I would just like to thank this restaurant for making my mothers 50th birthday meal amazing... the food was great, the service was undoubtedly probably the best I've had in a long time and was even put in our own corner of the restaurant! I couldn't recommend enough! If you haven't tried... you are missing out! Reasonable prices for tasty food!

Thanks again. Will definitely come back.

User

Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere, will definitely return.

User

Chose to eat here on our evening visiting Leamington Spa. So glad we did. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was amazing. Every course was tasty. Well worth a visit and worth every penny. Romantic lighting if a little dark is my only criticism.

User

Lovely food , excellent service !

User

It's great. You know what you're getting - good quality French bistro cuisine. Attentive service and nice ambiance.

User

Great place, food is good for the price (fixed price menu). Haven't tried the a la carte or breakfast but I am interested. Service was personalised, which was a nice touch. My minute steak did look a bit sorry for itself and my friends crepe thing was cold but generally good value for money.

User

Service very strange bordering on down right rude. Think we got half a smile once! Food good as always except on steak which was very dry and odd tasting. Been a few times and really did begrudge for the first time paying 12.5% gratuity which you are not given an option on!'

User

Lovely food and friendly staff. Didnt like the 12.5% charge though for the 2 of us! Took that off as didnt really have any service! So abit too much to pay would rather leave cash tip for the staff.

User

Food was lovely and the steak and sauce was excellent, service was okay but I totally disagree with this 12.5% tip being added to the bill in small writing. I paid cash so could adjust it myself. We had to ask for the bill twice and the waiter attitude when we said we didn't want deserts came across rude.

User

We popped in just before brunch ended so I ordered a croque Monsieur as it is my favourite which I order wherever I can especially at cafe rouge!

Service was great, and the restaurant is beautiful but the croque Monsieur was very disappointing. The best Croque should be buttered and grilled to give a crispy finish and the cheese melted under the grill. It should also be made made with gruyere cheese. We were served a warm ham sandwich covered in bechamel sauce which made the bread soggy due to the bread not being toasted. I couldn't taste any cheese either. I am so surprised a French restaurant could get a classic so wrong! I plan to try dinner so hopefully that will be better.

User

We love this place and the food especially the duck dish. We will come and try the new dish.

User

Food was nice , services was nice the only reason for my 2 star is that we didn't expect the 12.5 percent tip added on the bill, we found this very disappointing as giving a tip should not be made as a demand a tip should always be an option as we come away feeling disappointed I would probably not eat here again for that reason , We always tip but won't feel pushed into it.

User

Waitress was first class , attentive and polite and friendly. Food was adequate, no problems. Seating area for 8 of us was good.

Now I will give my reason for a one star , in very small writing it's states that a gratuity is added to your bill of 12 . 5 % which ultimately is paid to staff. All fine and well if you are low in numbers eating here. My bill was 336 pounds , which equated to 37 pounds gratuity/ tip!!!!...... I asked for this to be removed and gave the waitress a modest 10 pounds tip which I felt was fair. Many others will not always be aware of this and may be tipping far more than they would normally give .

I felt this is underhand and wrong so consequently my family or I will never step into this establishment again .
