We went on a Saturday on the 11.10 tour. And it was amazing. Our 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed herself and the longest we had to queue was 20 minutes for the 4D cinema. There’s so much to see and do and even though it was raining - it didn’t dampen our day. The Freddo frog show was great and should definitely be a continued thing.

Our little one is afraid of lifts and when we got to the 4D experience it had a lift simulation, after talking to Felicie at the front of the line, she kindly asked the lady running the “lift” to just open the doors and let us walk through without the simulation, which was so lovely and our daughter was so grateful! 100% recommend and we will be going again!

We had a lovely day out here. I use a mobility scooter and the venue and staff were excellent. I didn't miss out on anything, as I do at some places. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the tour was great. Would recommend it.

Visited today (1-8-2018)

Had the most fabulous experience.

The staff have been amazing. So kind and helpful. One woman in particular really went out of her way to make sure we weren’t put to any inconvenience which was super helpful

Of cause the chocolate was incredible loads of chocolate to enjoy as we went around. And a wonderful clean, tiny picnic area to enjoy our food at lunch.

Took out two brownie packs today! An awesome day trip out and well worth the money! Everyone loved it and the free chocolate samples just hit the spot! All the staff were very helpful and would defo recommend xx

High quality activities, very well done, free chocolate given out during main attraction. Most importantly is the high quantity of the staff. My son has autism and we were given yellow wrist bands and without having to ask the staff made sure we had everything we needed for us all to enjoy the day. We rarely go out as a family as autism often restricts our choices, but this simple yellow band made such a huge difference and I would like to thank cadburys world for going that extra mile.

For starters Cadbury Chocolate is my and will always be my favourite!! For the first time in 20 years I visited the factory with my wife and all my children. The faces on them were full of magical excitement. They loved every minute of it!!!! I’ve had many people tell me how their trip to Cadbury World wasn’t worth it but they were wrong! I’d say I was enjoying it just as much as the kids. I’m definitely coming again!!

Oh and I forgot to mention how affordable the chocolate was in the Gift shop

Thankyou Cadbury’s

Cannot thank the staff at Cadbury World enough. I visited here with my children and friends and sadly my son had a convulsion fit. This has never happened to any of my children before and I didn’t know what to do. There was a first aider who came and helped and took over immediately with two other staff they dealt with my son Kai with the most amazing care and also calmed me down as I was so upset. They called an ambulance but whilst we were waiting he stroked my sons head and talked to him the whole time. Honestly cant thank these people enough I didn’t take their names unfortunately but want to say a HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart I don’t know what I’d of done without you there. Thank you so much

Absolutely brilliant day today. Everything we thought it would be, enjoyable, educational and fun. Thank you so much everyone at Cadbury's World for a lovely day - and the free chocolate bars were a nice unexpected touch. Would recommend it to anyone. Our grandson was 8 years old today and this was a birthday treat which he thoroughly enjoyed, especially the 4D experience.

We had young children with us (May 2018) both bored stiff in the historical tour part. The queue for the ride was almost an hour wait so we skipped it. Pretty much everything else was available with the free-entry. I recommend you go in free and forego the bit included if you pay. This would save you about £50 for a family of four. We has a drink & panini each with one chocolate cake to share - £35!!! So take a pack up.

The real feel of coffee beans sorting and the 4D Movie are worth watching . The most I liked is the liquid chocolate with ginger slices ,very delicious . Thank you Cadbury. This is my second visit to Cadbury world.

Had been several times before, but it was our first time for the character breakfast. There was a very limited number of brekkie tables (all bookable in advance) which made for a lovely feel - each character came out in turn, with a nice flow between; each spending a good amount of time with each family & each really making the kids feel special - dancing, hi-5’s, cutlery pinching, cuddling. Food was nice, came promptly. From booking this we got priority entry which was a nice touch - though even on bank hol weekend it didn’t seem too busy due to the limited admissions. Kids had a fab time, won’t write too much as don’t want to ruin it for others. 4d cinema was a real hit, and the playpark wonderful. All employees we came across were really friendly, and the whole site was spotless. Really enjoyable day, thank you.

Fun day out, liked how it automatically flowed around with a break between indoor and outdoor activities. 4D cinema was brilliant along with the little car ride. More hands on activities would be nice but all in all a terrific day

Found to many people being squeezed into the rooms, especially round the street part and the seats that shake. Found the end bit of the ride strange as nothing but florescent lighting with stuff written on a wall and had to wait an age to go on it. One part of the tour just leads to where they do green screen photos and face painting which is not free. Only given small amount of chocolate and the wait for the 4d cinema and had to leave before we could get in. Was ment to be a fantastic time for my son's birthday :(

User

4D cinema was great but the queues were ridiculous and most children especially the toddlers were getting really fractious and bored. Far too many people going round at once, perhaps there should be less people allowed on each time slot and I would strongly suggest some cool air conditioning!! Not sure what age group this was really attracting. Sorry to be somewhat negative!

User

Won't be visiting again. It's just advertising themselves so much everywhere! The "tour" consists of one after another monotonous video. Staff are just there to say "go through to the next room" and the worst bit was the ride, we queued for 50 minutes which consisted of riding on a car to watch some plastic dancing, singing cocoa beans that for some reason had houses and hung their knickers on a washing line, strange! There's no resemblance of a factory, no old machinery and as far from a magical Charlie type chocolate factory as you can get! What a shame.

User

Was really looking forward to this. Spent more time queuing than anything else. 4d cinema was good and lasts approx 12 minutes. I would say that was the best part. I definitely would not recommend this, complete waste of money. The youngest member in our group was 7, oldest child 12 all said how boring it was. You get 3 bars of chocolate included and a small tub of melted chocolate to add bits on.

There was a few little things to do along the way like doodle with a bit of chocolate and have your picture taken on a green wall. We thought this was all to lead to the main event. We then queued again for 40 minutes to go on a little car ride that could have been for a 2 year old. Was not impressed that this was the wait was for!

User

Staff in the cafe have not got a clue and we over one of the staff telling a lady off after she was told she could the drinks machine by another member.. The out door area was closed.. The quie for the 3d cinema was way to long for our wait with 3/4 year old.. We sat in the cafe untill I walk though which truly was boring more walking though and looking at Walls kids had a boring day would definitely not recommend spending the money on this didn't see any chocolate been made could not hear the lady when she was talking you though hiw to but chocolate in an ice cude tray disappointed to the max wasted day

User

Pretty unimpressed. It's a chocolate factory but you can't see much in the way of chocolate being made in the factory. To be fair there were one or two very bored looking individuals pretending to look busy, and there are one or two hands on exhibits. Lots and lots and lots of queuing. Being instructed to move down the queuing system when you don't let anyone in is just annoying. What you do get to see (eventually) is a short fairground ride suitable for 2 year olds. The Cadbury story is not particularly difficult to grasp so several different exhibits repeating the same thing aren't really required. Oh, and I don't need to buy a posed family photograph (with a beach theme ??!) part way round.
