With my daughter yesterday we had a lovely lunch would recommend to anyone.

Very expensive but super-indulgent. A real treat. Staff were so lovely and friendly and didn't mind at all that we took a long time to decide what to have. Coffee was lovely and the cakes were decadent. Well worth it.

Took my mum for afternoon tea - service was fantastic and the food was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Such lovely warm friendly staff really enjoyed our time there , cosy sitting areas, oh my best cakes ever so yummy , and great we didn't hav to go once eaten sat chatting so relaxing thank u to all staff especially Roberto xxx

It was a truly wonderful experience, the server took our tray & found us a seat on the falconry. He took time out to make us feel very special. I would recommend Caffe Concerto to any one. Go and experience the lovely food & take in the atmosphere. Will defiantly go again

I had my birthday brunch here yesterday and, as per my earlier visits, found excellent savouries and cakes. All look so delicious, it is difficult to decide what to have. Settled on a crayfish baguette followed by a toffee muffin, with a latte. All excellent. Staff efficient and friendly and would certainly go again. One pointer- prices shown are takeaway prices, a little bit dearer if eaten in.

Wrong time to visit struggled to get a table for four, staff managed to cope, it was an exceptional busy period due to the Christmas market, we have been before and enjoyed immensely, reasonably priced for a high profile caffe

Only had a small cappuccino which was good quality but at £3.25 a tad pricey. But I guess you are paying for the ambience and location which is pretty special. The girl on the till was delightful. The chap behind me paid just short of £17 for 2 cakes and coffee-eye watering! �

Got to say, it's not cheap! However, a big thumbs up for all veggie cakes. My friend and I had late morning coffee and cake: tiramisu and mixed berry tart, both fresh tasting and not at all sickly. A proper treat.

Caffè Concerto in New Street Station, Birmingham is a great place to meet friends. Ideal location for me and my friends as we live in different parts of the UK and travel to Birmingham by train. The coffee is always good, served by lovely staff. �

The menu gave a price for cocktails in happy hour when asked the waitress didn't even know when happy hour was? We asked for a cocktail anyhow and was told to go to her colleague for help!! Cocktails were ok but not actually what we asked for and had too much orange juice in them �

Normally we love this cafe, we are having coffee a baguette and a cake and the food it good but all the tables are in need of cleaning and the floor is filthy, they have 7 members of staff yet don't find the time to clean up. Poor you guyz

Afternoon tea was lovely good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Just one complaint we were froze and resorted to putting our coats back on.
