Overpriced and the service is slow but it tastes ok.

Milkshake itself was lovely, however looked very dirty and unwelcoming, barely any choice of shakes either. Found the man serving unfriendly.

I was so disappointed when I visited cakes and shakes. I saw a groupon for this place so looked up and thought be a great place to take my boyfriend for his birthday. We went on a Sunday evening. I tried to call to find out if they were open as no opening times online. No answer on the phone. Turned up barely anything there and ice cream machine was broken. When I asked how long for it be fixed the girl said be weeks like 2-3 weeks. There are no menus. Just felt like fast food place for milk shake. I think I will stick with Tinseltown from now on. Also it looks nothing like the display picture.

Wouldn't go back. Was given out of date diet coke in a plastic bottle, they told my friend it was actually the date it was made!! Eventually they offered me another one, which was also out of date (the same for all the bottles) I was then offered a glass bottle which was even older, again as were all the ones in the fridge. I was given a 7up can, which finally was in date, no offer of a refund was given, not even the difference of the can and bottle. My friend wrote to the manager who just apologised no offer of a refund.

Visited this evening. They didn't have most things, sundaes, pancakes, panini. Customer service was slow, that only 2 out of 5 of us got our order before the rest of us asked for a refund 40+ minutes later. Ice cream was melted, crepes and waffles cold. Order incorrect but couldn't take responsibility for it. Won't be visiting again

Very disappointed with lack of choice of chocolate watery milkshakes as machine had stopped working ! So asked for refund. Can't order more than two as have no coasters to take away

Popped in yesterday to treat the kids, but was disappointed with the state of the place, it was dirty basic deco, toilets were disgustingly filthy, the place just had a dirty feel about the place, but in all fairness the desserts were ok, just get the place cleaned up, sorry but won't go again, back to cookies and cream in Barkingside I'm afraid

Never ever has crepes or pancakes- take them off the menu! Waited an hour for a regular milkshake and the place is a state. The girl in there is very rude and messed up loads of orders then tried to make it the customers fault.
