After working in the retail industry for 20 years, Giovanni Francis Calandra opened up his own store that embraces his strong passion for designer clothing and unique personality.
His customer service skills are exemplary because Giovanni believes strongly that the customer is the most important part of any business, so will endeavour to meet each and every clients needs with a service that is individually tailored.
Being a qualified image consultant gives him an edge and an eye for detail that will accommodate all of his customers needs beyond their expectations.
His brands at present are; Anthony Morato, Henri Lloyd, Original Penguin, Peaceful Hooligan, Remus, Ma-Strum, Lyle & Scott, Lacoste, Scotch & Soda, Happy Socks, Religion, Weekend Offender and Nicholas Deakins.
Giovanni is an Italian, family orientated man who has strong morals, attitudes, work ethic and approach to life.

Today I met a very special retailer & gentleman also.
I am attending a wedding this Saturday & wanted a new suit, unfortunately I was let down by another outfitters & desperate to find something new. I stumbled across Calandras menswear in Church St & spotted a suit from outside. On entering it became evident I was in a special shop as Giovanni couldn't do enough to get me sorted.
His expertise & friendly manner put me at ease as it's fair to say I was reasonably stressed having been let down. He arranged for Maria the seamstress to meet me at the shop within 20 minutes and having measured the alterations needed the suit will be ready tomorrow afternoon.
It's very rare these days to find such a high level of customer service but when also combined with humour and a friendly manner but still very professional I'm sure anyone that finds themselves in Calandras will feel very special.

Having wondered round the whole of Hereford searching in vain for what I wanted. I stopped at Calandras had a chat with Hugo and Giovanni and explained the look I wanted nothing was too much trouble and I got exactly what I was looking for. Even got a locals discount. Great customer service and quality clothes. If you want cheap hit up Primark but...... if you wear decent clobber and are willing to pay for quality, honest opinions, fashion knowledge and the best customer service - visit Calandras - you won't be disappointed.
