Many of our canine clients are agility athletes. The annual Guild sponsored Challenge Cup is drawing to a conclusion and this year one of our own therapists has qualified for the final!

We've got some exciting news to share and it's a world first .......we've been working towards this for 3 years and now we are finally entering the first phase of clinical trials with not 1 but 2 universities!

We are proud to announce that Guild members will be participating in Clinical Trials over the coming year!
We know Clinical Canine Massage works, we all have clients that tell us that it is supporting their dogs but to date there have not been scientifically robust studies to "prove" that it works.
That is about to change!

Congratulations to the Canine Massage Guild's very own Alison Pearce and her dog Herbie. They only went and came second in the Canine Massage Guild Performance Challenge (Maxi) on Saturday.
They were beaten by Leigh Wilkinson and Xavier who happen to be clients of Alison's. So both dogs receive regular clinical massage to help them stay healthy and at the top of their game.
Well done to you both. See you in October.

Another fabulous day at The Dog Lover Show. It was very sad to pack up but we are already excited about coming back next year! Thank you to all the lovely people and their dogs who stopped by for some advice or a wee massage.

With many of us heading off to a dog show or two this bank holiday weekend we thought you might like to reminisce about the amazing Dogfest this summer...

Wow, whilst it is still crazily hot out there we thought we would remind you about the amazing Dogfest South West. Can you believe how long this hot, dry summer has been?

Wonderful - whether for high level agility competition dogs or companion dogs or anyone in between, this massage makes such a difference to their all-round comfort.

This treatment is truly amazing, it' has made the most amazing difference to our whippet Jasper's life, we never thought he would be the same again after an accident in kennels, then we met Clare and paws on therapy canine massage, can't say enough thank you's or recommend them enough :-) :-) x

The Guild have some lovely, dedicated, friendly and proffessional people who are working together with a group ethic to raise awareness of and maintain standards within the Clinical Canine Massage Proffession.

Just completed the 1 Day Beginners workshop on Canine Massage today and it was the most fantastic day I learnt so much and had a great time doing so, as did my dog McKinley! Herb or has been having his massage for a few months now the difference has been stunning his Flyball times have improved by just under a second

Had a wonderful time today at the massage workshop. Lily had an epic day in her usual Queen Lily style and met some fabulous friends, human and furry! Lily snorred all the way home and now Teddy is flat out after a practice massage this one day workshop is a must for anyone with a furbaby. You won't be disappointed ☝

Brilliant therapy for my dog Jess who has osteoarthritis. Makes a huge difference to her mobility. Definitely thoroughly recommend it.
