Went for my 60th birthday with family for karting and laser. Huge fun even if roasting hot on track, great karts, super track, and great laser maze

Was good fun, arms are aching but was so good, we did the valentines special deal and was well with it �

Did the carting with 2 children and 2 adults and the lazer after, had a great afternoon. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, price not bad for an afternoon of fun, would definitely recommend and will return.

9 of us turned up for Monday madness which is a fantastic offer at only at £30 for 100 laps. Staff were brilliant, Facilities are spotless. The only thing that let It down is not getting told that there's a £3 charge for balaclaver and gloves unless to have your own helmet ( I completely agree in the reasons why,we just need to know prior to booking).

We visited cannon raceway recently with friends. Did the karting and laser and everyone really enjoyed themselves however was disappointed to see no podium trophies. Also didn't realise had to pay for the things that go over head till on the day but apart from those 2 things and drink machine not working overall a good clean place and lots to do. 👍

Thoroughly enjoyed it but think the staff should work on there customer skills...the staff on the track were brilliant and very friendly but the reception staff were very lapse in letting you know what to do and where to go for your briefing but other than that I really enjoyed the experience and would do it again x

Karts were good, track is a little rough with he cart bouncing around a bit, marshals were not great as they stress it's non contact but a group that joined for 50 laps kept bumping and bullying their way around and nothing was done about it after we raised this with them. Just told they didn't see it when it was introit of them.



One of my group stopped racing after only 25 laps which they only got to race for 21 of them. Didn't get a refund for them though I asked, just got a voucher for the laps.



Over all not bad for £28.50 each but staff need to get be more helpful

Being black and white flagged told to slow down on no lights is a pure joke ...no accidents or problems in front of me ..... no lights displayed quick enough when there was an accident over the bridge and get shouted at by a runt marshal for them not being quick enough to turn them on resulting in my flying over the bridge looking into a 2 man pile up which I avoided then got hit from behind whole idea of karting is to race and get lap times 2nd session was absolutely ruined by them calling most my group on for close racing and slight contact ... which is goin to happen when your bunched up .... got the odd fast kart the rest are hanging bone rattlers, took a group of 6 there for a birthday ... big mistake rather go race round asda car park in trolleys �

Very disappointed! Was here today for my sons 9th birthday and on first impressions I was impressed unfortunately my opinion was soon changed. No organisation whatsoever, rude staff and a huge amount of hanging around which as you can imagine with 11 9 year olds is a complete nightmare!!! After finally getting the first group of children on the track 45 minutes after arriving then waiting for our second group to kart we were not told where to go after leaving the track. After waiting around in the corridors I then found a young girl who flitted in and out of the so called party room the drinks were dumped on the table to sort ourselves out. After kids did laser tag we were again left to hang around in the corridor!!!!! Then I saw our so called memorable photo to keep. 3 kids eyes closed can't see my son who's party it was and I asked if they would mind taking another one I was told no there was no time and it was too expensive. I said that couldn't they just ask who's party it was to put them in the middle? Apparently this is too much to ask! I was told that they are not there to ask who's party it was??? So far I'm still stood in the corridors 2 hours after arriving with parents Turing up and this kids still haven't eaten and the price? Only £300! To anyone who reads this review please don't bother got to stourbridge instead because this place as one of my parents said is a total nightmare!!!!

Very dangerous management of the driving behaviour, had to go on track and complain to flag man for letting grown adults in bigger and much faster go Karts ram into 9 year old in smaller slower Karts!

Flag man says go complain to the manager! WTF? You’ve got the flags and you’re doing nothing 😡 hows that the managers fault, just do your job it’s none contact!

More importantly why are older faster drivers in MUCH faster Karts on the track with young kids in slower Karts? The closing speeds into the braking zones was so dangerous as they mugged the kids going round them either side and crashing into them at the same time.

Kids were scared, won’t be going back, Ludicrous.

To get to the point where you and your family/friends are suited up and sat in the kart ready to race and then be told you can’t race as it’s not safe for you is not only embarrassing but also a bit of a joke. The bigger joke is that I was told I could not have a refund and was given a voucher to come back. Why would I come back if I can’t race? I understand the importance of safety and appreciate they are cautious but eligibility to race should be checked before you pay the expensive prices and refunds should be offered to those who are unable to race through no fault of their own. Would not recommend this place to anyone after today.

I have been to cannon raceway many times and the experience was good, but this time me and my group was very disappointed, I booked a track race 60 for 7 people.

My experience got ruined by having a kart that was slower then everyone else's, after qualifying I told a member of staff there was a problem with my kart and he said just carry on and if it is bad in the race we will change it, well that's just stupid why not change it before the race instead of wasting my laps and spoiling the race for me?! Another kart in my group kept switching off and had to have his kart changed and spoiled his experience and race!



For £30 per person and £210 for my group the staff should make sure the karts are well maintained and all working properly!



The staff need to be more helpful and polite,

They didn't even look bothered or interested in our groups experience!

In the race there was only one Marshall so if the was a spin or incident it would take time to sort the problem out and waste our laps and time!



The race is completed when the first person finishes 60 laps, that's a disgrace everyone pays £30 and some people who are slower get less laps then the leader and they still pay the full amount which is really unfair!



Then we finished we asked for our lap time sheets and the guy on the counter gave us one sheet between 7? Before I have been and everyone got there own time sheet of all there lap times and when I asked for individual sheets for everyone the guy said it would take to long! Thanks great customer service!



Overall me and my group were left very disappointed and since the last time we went the standards and quality of the karts have dropped a long way!

I won't be going cannon raceway again or recommending the place to anyone after this experience!

Do not book this company if you are a smaller adult.. although I understand the need for safety.. there was no excuse for the way my daughter was treated which reduced her to tears and spoiled the day! Extremely unprofessional! �

After taking a group of boys in a youth group the day was a disappointment. No organization on a arrival rude staff on booking and throughout the activity. Health and Safety instructor shouted at the group in a aggressive manner. One boy was disqualified as he crashed into a barrier as soon as he got in the car no second chance given to a upset 12 year old. Confusion over why he was disqualified from driving as he was told he was to tall. When I went to the desk to clarify there was no compassion and customer service was poor.

Wont be using this venue again as our boys deserve better and our Charity has not got money to waste. Also when another girl was told she couldn't go in a junior car I wasn't offered a refund when I requested again very rude attitude. Nobody really cared guess they have plenty of business but cant think why ??
