Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. Fab friendly staff and hassle free. Nothing too much trouble from a question to work carried out.... Dropped in before now with a question about my brakes and they gave my car a health check to make sure everything was fine. Carnt fault them... thanks to all the staff 😊

Used Car Friend for the first time for my mot decided to give them a try after reading glowing feed back reports, made to feel welcome and at ease tea and biscuits and not out of a grotty vending machine either. Took my van for a timing chain change and full service, had to say service was second to none they had my van all day and kept me informed, when I got my van back was very pleased with the work they carried out, although had a small oil leak, so after letting car friend know they had no hesitation what so ever in having my van back the same day and putting the problem right, even giving me a discount on my next service as way of an apology. So would recommend them 100%!!!

Take both our car and van to Car Friend, wouldn't choose anywhere else. Very friendly staff, efficient service and hassle free every time. Really pleased. I've used my previous garage for 10 years so was apprehensive about finding a more local garage. I took my car in. They advised of price before doing work. Explained what they were doing and why. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.

ITs LiKE SHES NEW AGAIN. Took my car in with knocking and clanging and now she's all better and completely different to drive. I was set up a payment plan to pay for it and the mechanic even put water in my jets for me. Great people felt very welcome and informed of every choice I had with parts and prices. Will definitely use again �

I dropped my car off to Car Friend last week with a list of issues as long as my weekly shop and they got me back on the road quickly and kept me updated at every step of the way.



I've used them loads of times before for repairs, services and MOTs and they've always gone over and above other garages. Their friendly, down-to-earth approach puts them in a league of their own!

I can't rate Car Friend highly enough! A front of house 1st class service and second to none repairs, I am always a very happy customer. Great value for money, a detailed account of the repairs and always good quality parts are used. Even better that they can pick up and drop off my car for me too!

Had a battery charging fault. Took it to this garage who quickly found out the problem was a connector not seated correctly and loose fitting on the alternator. Mechanic soon rectified it and I was charged the princely sum of £13.50. How many other garages would of conned me out of a new alternator? Thoroughly recommend this garage.

Car Friend were very helpful and efficient today. After having a blow out on the motorway a few hours from home this morning, I had to quickly google a garage near my broken down location... Luckily for me, these were the first to pop up and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! So impressed with their friendliness and their quick but professional way of handling my urgent situation. Their turnaround times were brilliant and their attention to detail was second to non. I just wanted to say thank you! After what started out as a turbulent day, you helped turn it around and provide a very stress free journey back home, in my newly wheeled car, which had also been safety checked too... just as a goodwill gesture. Recommend and Recommend again!

Booked my car in with car friend after having 2 ongoing problems for some time with my vauxhall astra. They were very quick to respond to my questions. And booked me in on the day I requested.

When I got there I was offered a drink while I waited and everyone was very friendly. The first problem was fixed within a few hours at a very competitive price and they are sourcing the parts to fix my second problem. I have a lot if experience within the motor trade and I can hoestly say I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to use this garage. In fact a friend of mine has just book his Mariva VXR in for tomorrow on my recommendation. Great people, quality service and great price

All I can say is wow!!!!! Everyone so friendly and helpful. I didn't have an appointment but popped in just to check on the noise on my exhaust. Part was ordered straight away and was there very quickly. Also had a free health check done and the couple of things that were needed were done. Good value. Iv booked in for timing belt and am sorting direct debit for mot and service. I now won't go anywhere else. Finally found a garage I feel comfortable with and am really pleased with the service. I had my 2 boys with me who were happy playing with the toys in reception and even had Peppa Pig put on the tv for them. I highly recommend them and I will spread that word around. Thank you guys keep up the outstanding work xx

Was well impressed from the first phone call my wife made to picking the car up after being serviced & moted they supplied my wife with all the info we needed as our car was under warranty even emailing it to us to read at our leisure nice friendly service will use and recommend

Warm friendly welcome very good service good price. Telephoned me to let me know how my car was coming along and when it was ready. Definitely use them again
