This is my favourite pizza place in Worcester. Always hot, fresh, tasty & great value. Good lads inside as well

It's d best pizza in town ppl will say thy deliver late but on weekends thy so busy so thy always tell u it's ganna b between 45 mins to an hour. Any way u can't beat there pizza d ppl who complain want it free.

I had my daughter's 9th birthday party at Lower Wick pool yesterday. We phoned at 1pm and ordered 8 xl pizzas to be delivered at 4pm to the swimming pool. The order came bang on time, the food was hot and delicious and we even had a load of dips thrown in too! Great service.

Best pizzas ive had since moving from the usa. The californian is my favorite. The cream sauce is to die for!!!!!!

Been going here for 2 years, the food is lovely and is all great value for money. The service is also quick which makes it even better. Would recommend anyone to come and get a meal at Caspian!

Orders £18 worth of food from here and normally use quite a bit but the last few times were disappointing!

Tonight's was the worse cold, dry pizza which looked like yesterday's pizza our chips were cold and doggy and the chicken wings were dry and cold!!!

I called up to complain to be passed to 3 different people to them be told they won't refund!!

I only wanted a refund for our pizza but they said no it's company policy they only replace the food!! This man was rude and had no customer service skills appalling!!

Safe to say I won't be ordering from there no more!!!!

Burnt pizza got asked what do you want me to do. I said replace it. Waiting another 45 mins. Wont be using thrm again

they got my order wrong twice in the same week. when i complained i was transferred to the manager who hung up on me

Worst service i have ever had. Firstly they messed our simple delivery order. First they said they will correct it within 5 min. Then it was 20 mins then 35 minutes later i decided to call and had loads of abuse and was told mine long linger mattered because the had other order to deliver. Total disgrace. But anyway here i am. 1 and a half hours later. Still waiting for it to be put right. DO NOT USE

Was given wrong pizza rang up to complain was asked to drive back to shop and they would replace it .. Sorry I ain't driving and 9 mile round trip for there mess up

Ring up to place an order and get spoken to like a child.. whoever was answering the phones tonight didn’t need to have an attitude disgusting!!!

Ordered food online. Wasn't ready when arrived. So reordered to be told 5 mins so thought no problem. 15 mins later still no food so asked where it was and to be told.... "I'm too busy bruv"

Never touching food from this place again. Tastes good but not worth it the next morning, dirty 'food', go there with caution people.

Just found out that Caspian uses ONLY halal meat. Not only does this mean that when you think that you are eating ham that you are actually eating TURKEY but also that the meat they use is from animals slaughtered using the halal method... Now if you are unsure of what this is like, then please type "halal slaughter' in to youtube and if you have the stomach for it, watch a couple of clips of what this is like. It's barbaric... the animals are visibly terrified and have their necks slit and are then hung up to bleed to death! Sadly as much as I like Caspian pizzas, I feel morally obligated to NEVER eat them again... Actually I probably wouldn't have done so before, but for some reason they do not advertise the fact that they only use halal meat... I no longer wonder why!

I am disgusted with the treatment I received today!



I was delivered twos pizzas to which both had mould all on the base!

when I called to explain what I had received all they could say was that though is fresh!? ... well no

I don't think so as it would not be mouldy at the bottom!!

They said they would deliver me 2 fresh pizzas and no refund (which at this point I wasn't sure about) and it then took them over an hour to deliver another one and anyway at this point I didn't even touch the second lot of pizzas as I had already been put off by eating half a slice of the Last one!

Cannot believe I wasn't given a refund for mouldy food!

Customer service is disgusting!!!! I ordered a pizza online ... put my address in , paid extra £5 for delivery... 10 minutes later to receive a call saying we are to far to deliver too .... then said the manager will call me back in half hour !!! 2 hours later NOTHING ! So I call them ... to be told no pizza an now to be told I have to wait 2-3 days for my money back , by a rude ill mannered person , who spoke to me like crap!!! Said I'm keeping him on the phone he's got stuff to do ,he said: well if you rang us you would of known we do not deliver to your area , surely you should make this clear on your website , before you take my money !!!
