Loved the 8 seater part minibus. Best taxi I have ever had music good driver
Long story short - someone stole my car reg and I didn’t realise until I got home so had to call a taxi to go back to Birmingham town.. my driver came to pick me up and I explained about my day to him.. instead of taking me 10 miles to go and get it , he took me 5 mins down the road to his friends shop to get a new one. Absolutely amazing guy and he has made my day and saved me so much time. True credit to the company - I will definitely be recommending castle cars to everybody x

My experience with Castle cars was not the best last night, but the company director did make the effort to personally come to my house to offer me a refund, and to apologise face to face. This has restored my faith in this company and the knowledge that the driver in question has been spoken to and given a verbal warning has assured me that this company is customer focused. Many thanks for taking my concern seriously!
booked a black cab style taxi an hour ahead as kids and push chair. got a phonecall when taxi due to arrive to say no cab available after all. operator then tried to tell me to take my 9 month old baby on my lap (which is highly unsafe and very illegal). have demanded to speak to owner but seems to be hiding. use at your own risk!!!
Unreal ordered a taxi from common road and they could find the number on the front door where else it would be is beyond me !!!!! Where are these drivers from MARS ...????
Unable to read a house number so decided to not turn up! Useless... don’t use! Obviously haven’t invested in satnav’s yet!
