We sadly had to have our beloved Staffie Tess put to sleep today. It was a heartbreaking, but the kindest decision to make for her.

We would like to thank the veterinary nurse and in particular the vet at the Willenhall branch who were very compassionate and empathetic during the procedure. I would highly recommend Cavan Vets to anyone.

User

We rushed our 7 month old kitten Tilly to Cavan Vets on the 25th January, I cannot thank the vets and the girls on the desk enough for all their help and support, I was an emotional mess, my little babies stomach had been ripped open in an accident and the vets put her back together and saved her, I will never be able to thank you all enough for what you did, Tillys doing fine at the moment and hopefully will continue with her recovery. <3

User

We brought our very sick Hamster in to the Willenhall branch in an emergency. It was clear that it was time to say goodbye but the staff were amazing. They returned her to us afterwards wrapped up in cotton wool in a small box and arranged her so that she looked as though she was just sleeping. It was very touching and we can’t thank them enough.

User

Used Cavan vets at Wolverhampton for the first time last week and glad I did... I only ever use one vets after a bad experience at a local vets several years ago but with such a big price difference in a bitch spay I decided to trust you with my little dog Bella. The spay went very well and she's recovered well and I'm thrilled it only cost me £89.. I would be happy to use you again in the future, thank- you.

Staff were also very polite, friendly and welcoming.

User

The staff are very helpful and kind.

I phoned first thing because my dog had cut his paw open, they got him in straight away and gave him a op.

Can’t thank them enough. (Wolverhampton)

User

Thank you to everyone at the Wolverhampton branch who helped me and my beloved girl mia who sadly passed away 11.04.18 after she was sadly rushed in as a emergency. Thank you for all you did for us. Danielle & mia

User

Thank you for taking care of Ruby this morning. She's just had loads of kisses from the rest of the family dogs and is sleeping and seems comfy. Dr Mike was very patient with Ruby and gave her a bit of time to get used to him.

User

Maisie Rose and her mummy want to say a big THANKYOU after our visit this morning. Maisie always loves going to visit you all and the vet this morning was lovely with her. She gets so excited as she is a very sociable little girl. Definitely the best vets in Wolverhampton with the most lovely staff. Couldn't praise you all enough, thank you again and Maisie says woof woof. Xxxxxx

I'd like to thank the staff for seeing my cat Sky as an emergency last Wednesday evening. The vet and staff where amazing. Staying late until Sky had been treated, and reassuring me as I was really worried. I would recommend this vets to all as I have used them for over 12 years. All my 6 previous cats have been treated, looked after and cared for by Cavans and I can't put into words the understanding and support they have given at some of the most worrying times for me as a pet owner. Thanks to All who work there!

User

I have used this vets practice numerous times. Back in march i had to have my 15 year old cat put down due to a stomach tumour. It was the hardest choice i have ever had to make. Cavan vets made the process easier and were very sympathetic and caring the whole time. They sorted out having my cats ashes bought home and were very sensitive towards the situation.

I know have two 11 week old kittens who have been for there first check up and injections. Cavan vets are very informative and take every care with your beloved pets. I would definatly recommened this place to anyone

User

I had to have my 24 year old cat put to sleep on Tuesday. Reception staff were fantastic over the phone, taking the time to discuss all my concerns without feeling rushed. The vet was sympathetic and considerate. Despite the surgery being obviously busy at no point did I feel rushed. I was given time to say goodbye properly. My cats final moments were peaceful and dignified, I cannot thank you enough for that. (Willenhall branch).

User

Had all 3 of my dogs spayed and neutered here, excellent service and a great price to, vets are very professional

User

Been with Willenhall branch for years and have to say always excellent caring service. No hesitation in recommending

User

After I bought my cat in twice last week both times emergencies, I was seen within a few minutes of arriving but sadly on the second visit my little fur baby penny was to poorly & passed away at the surgery.

The ladies & Jeremy who cared for penny that day was brilliant, Jeremy was honest & straight to the point & both him & the ladies was very sympathetic to me & my husband when we came back to say our goodbyes to our penny, they was very patient & allowed us to take our time despite it being a busy Friday afternoon. They talked us through the next steps as we chose to have penny cremated & they made it a lot easier for us to deal with as they petty much did it all for us, we’re just awaiting for penny’s ashes to collect from the surgery.

I felt at ease leaving penny with the lovely ladies & Jeremy who told us that penny wasn’t on her own when she passed away & was fussed by all the ladies the whole time she was there.

Thank you to everyone on that day for making it easier for us, I will defiantly be using this surgery again for my other 2 male cats in the future.

User

A massive thank you to you all for getting Bella our beautiful furbaby in to see the vet at short notice today. As she's an old girlie we worry about her health. Everyone are so lovely and always take time even when so busy. Bella has taken herself off to bed now in total disgust. But I sure she will be bouncing around like a loon again soon. Thank you

User

The vets are great but the front desk is a bit frosty, they don’t want to engage with the customers and it feels like they can’t wait to either get you off the phone or out of reception. Good value for money, vets are great, nurses, not so much.

User

Took in a stray cat to see if microchipped as been hanging about the garden and they didn’t want to know at all. No help or advice, wanted us to pay for treatment. Didn’t help with what sex the cat is. Clearly didn’t care. Upsetting!! Will never use again- Willenhall

User

Oxely branch are an utter disgrace.. one of my cats had surgery this week and would have been dead within 24 hours according to the vet at the willenhall branch if he didn't have the operation, 3 times he's been to the willenhall branch and was seen by Tony who is a lovely competent vet, however he wasn't on duty this morning ( Saturday) so I chose to take my cat to the oxley branch to have his catheter out and his blood taken to see if his kidneys had been damaged. If his kidneys were ok then he could have painkillers and anti inflammation liquid.. The vet said he NEEDED THEM!

Bloods taken and the machine didn't give accurate results so they did them again and sent me home with painkillers, but under no circumstances was I to give them to my cat until the vet had called with the results incase his kidneys were already damaged.

Waited 2 hours no phone call so I called them, they said they had the results and PROMISED the vet would call before they closed at 2pm...

I call back at 1.52pm VETS CLOSED!!!!!!!

You mavericks have left my cat to SUFFER UNTIL TUESDAY... so all day Saturday,Sunday and Monday... you are a disgrace to your profession and I will be filing a complaint.

Ps... you'd also to well do tell the skinny receptionist not to slag colleagues off in front of clients.

I know have two 11 week old kittens who have been for there first check up and injections. Cavan vets are very informative and take every care with your beloved pets. I would definatly recommened this place to anyone

Thank you

The vets are great but the front desk is a bit frosty, they don’t want to engage with the customers and it feels like they can’t wait to either get you off the phone or out of reception. Good value for money, vets are great, nurses, not so much.

Took in a stray cat to see if microchipped as been hanging about the garden and they didn’t want to know at all. No help or advice, wanted us to pay for treatment. Didn’t help with what sex the cat is. Clearly didn’t care. Upsetting!! Will never use again- Willenhall
