What can I say about chalk and linen, today after walking my dog with my family around Coleshill I stopped outside chalk and linen where the owner let the dog have fresh water and gave my dog treats as a bonus.



There’s a lovely family feel to chalk and linen and the furniture inside is beautiful just like the coffee and hot chocolate that I enjoyed immensely.



Would definitely recommend chalk and linen to anyone venturing near or around Coleshill

What a lovely family run establishment, lovely relaxed atmosphere, lovely coffee shop with excellent polite service, even the other customers were friendly, option to buy lovely stuff for the home, took me back to my youth when people used to speak to each other and just be nice, well worth a visit 👍

Truthfully I could spend all day in the shop getting inspiration from the team. They have been so helpful offering advice and tips. I took my mum there yesterday for coffee and cake and to show her all the wonderful things and what you can achieve with the paints etc. It was lovely thank you and one of my projects has been re homed in the shop truly great full ❤️❤️

Travelled from Coventry to get Annie sloan paint and to my horror i had the wrong opening times and the shop was shut! Rang up the owner to see if anyone was out back but she was at home on a day off and her son had already gone home! She told me to stay put and drove 20 minutes from Atherstone to open her shop especially for me! We had a great chat about the paint and helped me with some tips how to get the wax to work to its full potential, couldnt ask for better customer service! Will definitely be back to have a browse of your work and try the cafe (: Thank you Again!!

Thank you Chalk and Linen for an inspirational visit. I intended to paint my much loved pine cupboard in Old White with a touch of the bargain tester pots in Paris Grey and Old Violet. However, after a couple of coats of white, the memory of the lovely Old Violet cupboard in your shop urged me to do more than a hint of it - the tester pot did a whole top coat, with a little Paris Grey stencilling and Old White peeping through. It looks amazing! Thank you Jackie for the tips and our relaxing mooch around your treasure trove. So glad we had time for a coffee and cake too. I feel the need for another visit soon.

Such a great shop with some wonderful things and 5* service. Along with purchasing furniture we stayed and had coffee and hot chocolate which was delicious. Both Coleshill and Atherstone are a delight to visit from the friendly welcome you receive. We will be back!

Popped in to chalk and linen to buy Annie Sloan paint for my first project and came away armed with helpful hints and tips and the offer of an ear at the end of the phone if I got stuck! The enthusiasm definitely rubbed off on me as I started that afternoon and now have all of my bedroom furniture painted in 'country grey' and it looks fab-u-lous xx

Firstly a massive Thank you to Jacki,

I was organising a Peaky Blinder charity event (not in Jacki’s area) the day of the event I went to visit the amazing chalk & linen and met with jacki having explained to her we were on a tight budget for props for the event I asked her to trust in me and loan me some of her fabulous “peaky” items which in truth is a big ask nowadays as it’s hard to have the trust that someone would walk into a business off the street and be of face value! But lucky for me she did, I purchased a few items but what was a major factor was jacki agreed to loan me several items for my charity event!! She is understanding, very warm and caring and mostly trusted in me that I would return the items to her.



Chalk & Linen is a beautiful place, lovely atmosphere and some beautiful items for sale! We will definitely be doing business together & I can’t wait for Jacki & the family to come visit us in Colton!



A massive Thank-you your a lovely lovely lady! And I look forward to seeing you soon xx
