Would happily recommend Chapters to anyone- top notch service, always running on time, great professional advice and hairdressers that actually listen to what the client wants! Superb range of products too.

This was my third visit. Me and my mum come here every 3 months when visiting family from devon and I can not fault any of them. The hairdressers listen to what you are after, if unsure they come up with surjestions. Make sure you are happy and comfortable throughout.

After unsuccessful searches for a good hair dressers closer to home, I now wouldn't go any where does. Thank you Chapters!

New to the salon - today was my 2nd visit - I'm over the moon with my cut and colour by Sophia. Sophia took time to listen to exactly what I wanted and the finished result is amazing! Oh, and to find a salon with air continuing in the hot weather is just fabulous!

Love coming into the salon! Everyone is so kind and friendly. Their in salon treatments are incredible! Always leave my hair feeling lovely and soft. Yasmin always does a brilliant job!

Just had a colour, gloss and cut and finish by Kelly. What a wonderful job she has done and I left feeling on cloud 9!!! Everything Chapters does is awesome, from greeting you to explaining every step/treatment and product. Its a really great experience and I highly recommend them. Very well done!!!

I had my hair cut by Sophia. Have known this young lady for a few years now and has become a very talented stylist. Sophia listened to what I was after and she didn't let me down. I'm back there next week to have my hair coloured and look forward to the end result. The coffee is really good too

I had Yasmin today for balayage and cut and the service was perfect. Listened to what I wanted and very attentive, loved the massage chair when having my hair washed and the latte was � will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

For over 7 years I have been a client at Chapters. Would not dream of going anywhere else. Claire is wonderful stylist and looks after me so well. The whole Chapters experience is so relaxing and I feel truly pampered. The whole team are excellent. Its like meeting friends whenever I have my hair styled and coloured.
