Charbel Blinds

A before, during and after photo of the Perfect Fit International conservatory roof blinds fitted this morning. Fabric is Infusion ASC in Stone Grey. The ASC is an active solar coating to reduce heat gain and glare. With the new blinds drawn there was an immediate difference not only in the temperature and usability of the conservatory, but also in the adjoining reception room which was getting unbearably hot. Jobs like this are more than just the blinds themselves, they actually make a difference to people's enjoyment of their home and that in itself is very rewarding 😊

We've been a little poor with taking photos this past week so unfortunately have none of the shutter or Silent Gliss curtain tracks that were fitted at the weekend. We do have a few roller pics to add to the album though. Both customers opted for neutral, textured fabrics. The kitchen blind fabric is "Symphony - Calico" from Decora while the other is Nordic ASC Ice from Eclipse (we also do a lot of verticals in this fabric). If neither of these float your boat we have thousands of other choices, pop in for a browse!

We fitted the windows of this conservatory with vertical blinds made with alternate slats in Palette Tidal and Wicker ASC Stone. The doors have Perfect Fit roller blinds, also in Palette Tidal to match the windows. The end result is a fresh & contemporary finish 👍

Choose a vertical fabric from our cupboard for 30% discount on full blind price. Slats only @ £1 a slat without weights and hangers, or £1.50 a slat with both (choice of chained or chainless weights). Plains, textures and patterns available, with the cupboard regularly replenished. As these are one offs you may be restricted on choice if your blind requires a large amount of fabric.

Serene Smokey Blue roller blinds fitted to an orangery today, with matching Perfect Fit roller blinds on the French doors. All made here in our workshop in Ross. Serene comes in other colourways, and I'm surprised we've not done any in it before 🤔

On a grey, wet, miserable day making this blind most definitely cheered us up! Fabric is Vitra "Kitty" from Decora, pom pom braid is from New House Textiles in How Caple. On we roll to tomorrow

Another conservatory done today. The roof was fitted with pleated blinds in Chenille ASC cream, and the sides with verticals in matching Chenille fabric. A roller blind on the door completes the finish.

This week we've fitted the final blinds from a large order for a really fabulous new build property with a lovely rural outlook. This has been an exciting project for us due to the range of products we've supplied, including three Allusion blinds, a Roman blind, wood Venetians with contrasting tapes, Perfect Fit Venetians, and more. It is so rewarding being involved when a customer is bringing the vision for their entire home to life. Thanks to Julie & Kevin for shopping local! We loved working with you.

Last week we fitted this large conservatory with Palette Copper roller blinds. Normally there would be two blinds on the doors to allow passage through with the blinds pulled down, but the homeowner preferred to have one large blind spanning the two doors. It all comes down to personal preference! We also offered the choice of fitting the blinds on extension brackets or reverse rolling the fabric (so it comes down the front of the tube rather than the back) as the blinds wouldnt clear the window handles otherwise. Our customer opted for reverse rolled fabric. As this is a north-facing conservatory there was no requirement for roof blinds or an Active Solar Coating on the fabric. The end result added the desired warmth to the room whilst maintaining light levels (the blinds are mainly required to make the room cosier of an evening).

On the table we have gemstone Silver and Napa Caya roller blinds, both braided with Arco Pewter trim, being prepared for their new home!
