After a few attempts with different recipes I've discovered a gorgeous carrot cake! As with all my chocs & bakes I put my own twist in the recipe to make it mine. Moist carrot cake with pumpkin seeds & sultanas followed by cream cheese frosting AND caramelised hazelnuts! Chocolate torte in a biscuit buttery base. Pure yum

I have found THE best brownie recipe & have done taste tests with a selection of willing tasters! I made a few brownies & this one was everyone's fave. Chocolatey, slightly gooey but not too much, & a nice choccy shell. More info coming sooooooooon
