This is a very good article. Some Points made relate also to not pushing the boundaries for dogs new to grooming. (Puppies or older dogs not yet introduced to the grooming parlour . )We will NEVER for the sake of “a good groom” put your dog through unnecessary suffering. Feel free to go to another groomer if you are so vane that your dog has to look the part !

Sometimes we need to just sit and reflect 😢 We post so many happy pictures and moments . Truly love our jobs with its highs.We are honoured to care for and pamper your dogs. It is under the surface a very difficult job at times. In the last three weeks we have said goodbye to too many . Poppy , Jake, Riley , Beau and today Peggy and to all of the others before you . Run free beautiful babies we are so lucky to of been a small part of all of your lives . Love to all families. 💔

Officially now we are offering physiotherapy at the centre. Ryan will also do mobile clinics for those who prefer not to travel Please remember Ryan wil need one of his referral forms signing not one of ours . 🎉

Bailey waited patiently while Mandy and Bryony had their massage this morning. Highly recommend Louise for sports massage. Very surreal for Mandy having her massages after watching Louise grow up ! #feelingold

Another year of CPD training complete and Bryony has her continued accreditation. Enabling you to claim on insurance where applicable. Also ensuring we deliver safe effective Hydrotherapy for your canine friends. On a slightly lower point we are afraid we now will be charging an administration fee for all insurance claims in future . This is due to the number of hours we spend of our own time chasing claims . Please note it is also your responsibility to obtain a signed referral from your vet before an appointment can be given ( we will help where we can in some cases) Our cancellation policy is now in full force both in Hydro and Grooming .!
