Hi!
My name is Sam, I have long loved the pretty hand dyed fabrics and the way they can make a project come alive. After a long love affair with other hand-dyers I thought it was about time I tried this for myself. And so Chromatic Alchemy came into being. I am a sole trader so if you do wish to order anything please be aware that it may take a few weeks or so to process as I have learned how to clone myself nor grow extra arms yet hah!

I use only top quality dye and Zweigart fabrics in my dyeing process and although the dyes I use create a covalent (permanent) bond with the fabric I cannot guarantee 100% that they are colourfast as sometimes getting all the loose dye to rinse out is a bit of a challenge, especially on the darker /more vibrant pieces.
