Big day on Friday when we welcome pairs from across the county and beyond.

Churchill & Blakedown's Mixed Pairs Betterball Stableford is a firm favourite on the schedule and we look forward to welcoming competitors from across the county.

Looking forward to our Women on Par event on Friday with 18 beginners sent to enjoy a fun evening of golf (and may be the odd glass of wine) which will hopefully lead to a lifetime of golf.

Delighted to have hosted the Worcestershire U14 Boys County Championships at Churchill & Blakedown. Handicaps ranged from 29 down to 2, with the lower handicaps playing in the later groups. Thus it was impossible to predict a winner until the last group had finished. Sam Rowbottom (Kings Norton) posted a superb 76,with Hugh Adams (Hagley) carding a 79, Sam's score won him the U14 County Championship & The Jim Gray Trophy. In the nett event, Hayden Sarfo (Gaudet Luce) comple...ted a stunning 84 gross, less 22, for a 62 nett in the second group out. 2nd nett went to Thomas Lennon (Halesowen) with 81-11=70. Well played boys.

Zizi competed in the Junior Silver Salver event at The Worcestershire on Thursday and won with a fantastic 39 points.
Zizi is a new junior member and has worked hard to gain her first handicap of 32. After a week Zizi has already been cut to 30.5! Midlands Golfer

Course was in superb condition. Amazing considering the deluge of rain we’ve had in the last few weeks. Greens were a nice pace, bunkers were superb.

Friendly welcome as always from the pro shop staff and the clubhouse manager. All in all a great experience. Definitely worth giving a visit if you’ve never been here before.

Challenging course, greens are great and everyone is very welcoming. Food is brilliant as well

A hidden gem and a challenging test of golf for all abilities.
