You donвҖҷt need to spend hours doing exercise (unless you really want to of course)
Exercise snacking (as I heard it called on the radio the other day and I love рҹ’•) is exactly what IвҖҷve been promoting to you guys on here рҹҷҢрҹҸ»рҹҷҢрҹҸ»
... рҹ’ӘрҹҸ»Short sharp bursts of exercise every day (plus obviously moving more throughout the dayрҹ‘Ј) is so much more effective than doing (for example) 2 x 45 min spin classes per week and then sitting on your bottom for the rest of the week
Nothing wrong with doing the spin classes ASWELL рҹ‘ҚрҹҸ»рҹҡҙвҖҚвҷӮпёҸ
As you know I рҹ’– group exercise and highly recommend classes for the social aspect, accountability and obviously you get face to face instruction where we can see your technique and correct anything or modify.
IвҖҷm just saying, we need to be moving EVERY day to help not just our physical health but our mental health too рҹ§

Buggy beat is great, it's nice being outdoors and being able to exercise with your little one. They are always in the shade and there is no issue if you need to pick them up as they are crying. Recently attended ClaireвҖҷs Pilates class and really really enjoyed it! I didnвҖҷt think it would be challenging at all but it really works and my abs were feeling it for days after! I went to Claire's Fitness Pilates class last night for the first time. I'd not exercised in quite some time so was a little nervous but I thoroughly enjoyed the class!! Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and the exercises were graded to suit all abilities. Will definately be going again!

Claire is without a doubt one of the best class instructors I have come across. Her classes are always fun, exercises are adapted depending on your level of fitness to make them more simple or harder for those who like a challenge and easy to follow. Claire is also brilliant at putting newbies at ease. She has built a lovely friendly community within 4 U Fitness. If you haven't booked in for a class already, you really need to, as you won't be disappointed!
