ABOUT THE DIRECTORS
JONATHON BAILEY
Jonathon is a a gentleman from Birmingham. He was a saddler's son that just found himself auditioning at a low level course in drama. Seven years later he has worked with some very talented and skilled individuals that have crafted his passion to create brand new theatre. He has worked in low budget tv and film in his experience. However he will always say theatre is where his heart is. . . No; literally, he will say his heart was inspired to beat again when he was on stage.
Jonathon has been writing for 10 years and is still inspired by people. He has some brand new plays coming to the stage. Some of his work includes: Empty Orchestra, I Am Not a Soldier and Fix a Broken Fall.
Jonathon is also a keen director and will be directing many of Claybells productions to come.
CECILY CLAYTON
Theatre has been a large part of Cecilys life since she was young. Her main passion is for musical theatre, and she studied the subject at Northampton College in 2005. Cecily has been a member of various youth theatre groups, where her skills in performance were developed. She performed in a number of productions with Impact at Castle Theatre Wellingborough, Including Daisy Pulls it Off and Shakespeares A Midsummer Nights Dream. In 2010, Cecily found her first professional job as a member of Jadis Shadows Productions. Over her four years with the company, she performed in many touring productions including Shakespeares Macbeth, Marlowe's Edward II and Terry Prachett's Wyrd Sisters.
Cecily is an aspiring writer and director, and intends to continue furthering her experience in the company.
