Visited cmc cafe yesterday for the kids holiday activity of pizza making. Was a fab morning which the kids thoroughly enjoyed including my sister who also had a go at making a pizza! Great staff great environment and will definitely be attending another class over the holiday!

So we have just bought Honda vfr 1200,this is the second bike we have purchased from cmc cannock and both times was with Andy Austin, it's been an excellent service and the reason we went back, the bike is outstanding and the service was quick,efficient and friendly but professional,it's great to pop into the shop and have a look around and staff always remember you and are friendly , I would recommend cmc cannock to every one with a passion for motorbikes, we also take the bikes back here for servicing, we buy cleaning products from there and our riding gear and helmets all of it is just great,and right on the door step,I'm sure me and my husband we will continue to be regular visitors to cmc, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ride today and hope the warmer weather comes soon we can't wait to get out on it again, thanks so much Andy you really are a credit to cmc, Dave and Sal johnson

Purchased a 2014 kawasaki versys 650 over the phone with John Bullock no fuss or drama the interest over 36 months was around £560 apr 6.9% i got approval within 15mins.



Drove down a week later to sign the agreement and arranged for a centre stand to be fitted.



i also cant thank stuart in the clothing and accessories for his help and experience in choosing clothing and making sure i bought quality items with no pressure.

customer service second to none.



last but not least jeez the guy who delivered my bike was a laid back all round nice fella.

Not only do we use the shop for my hubbys bike but today went for the kids summer holiday activities. Thoroughly enjoyed it and had a lot of fun making pizzas. Will defo be going to future advents for kids. Really clean friendly place for all ages.

My partner spotted triumph street triple on the website so we called to make sure it was in as we were driving from Leicester to have a look. I spoke to a guy called James Dolan who was really helpful. We got to cmc and looked around the bikes which was great as no one pounced on us so we could take are time looking at options for him. A guy then came over and asked if I was who he spoke to on the phone regarding the street triple. James let Alex have a sit and feel for the bike ask questions etc about and to then alex decided he wanted the bike so James went and sorted it out for him ! We're really happy with the service we were given from James he's approachable a natural and a really nice guy ! we think he's a huge credit to your store ! If we lived closer we would have done the service plan which he recommended but a little too far ! Thanks James Dolan !!

Lovely store with a great selection or bikes. Clothing range is decent too and cafe has good selection of tasty food

Just had the cmc big breakfast at cannock. Great value for money and really tasty. Really friendly staff.

I came today to the "children's holiday activity" planned and executed by the cafe staff. It was a really lovely hour or so; given that there were lots of children around it was a calm and enjoyable experience. My girls loved being able to make their own lunch, and they appreciated the added "entertainment" of shooting off to the glass barrier to see which motorbike had been started up once they heard revving.

It's also nice that I was able to "let the lead" off the girls, as usually I try to keep them quite close whenever we're in CMC (there's some pretty expensive equipment in there that I don't need them destroying lol)

I definitely recommend.

Big shout out to Tom upstairs in clothing dept. We bought a bike intercom and his product knowledge was brilliant. He put a circular cushion down to rest my crash helmet so it didn't get scratched. Attention to detail very much appreciated.

Good food was beautiful. Couldn't fault it at all..... cmc staff always smiling 10 out 10 ������

Easy transaction easy payment and he even arranged to get the bike delivered to my work ON THE SAME DAY.!!! Now that’s service !

Spoke to John and ended up purchasing a lovely vfr8000. Bike was in great condition, free delivery was a great bonus too. John was really helpful and the service was great. Only gets 4 stars due to a mix up with the delivery however this wasn't really an issue just reorganised delivery and it arrived. Thanks very much.

Great selection of bikes, helpful staff, easy to get a test ride make sure you get the one you want. James was excellent very knowledgeable.

Had some issues with a bike I had taken on finance, took a couple of months to sort but got done eventually but it does make me wonder what the "safety" checks are, as bolts had been changed for sharp wood screws and I did not realise that the headlight is always on until fairly recently but the day I got mine home the main headlight did not work and seeing as the headlights always being on is a safety feature why was this not sorted on the "safety" checks? Other than that the service while In store was brilliant it was just after that all the problems surfaced. If I come back for another bike I will make sure that a friend and I give it a really good going over to make sure everything is where it should be and working.

To be honest ive waited to do any reviews so far but after a friend of mine brought a bike as well from yourselves on Sunday he was asked to do a review as how he found the experience. So I brought my bike just over 2 weeks ago I dealt with James Dolan, and to be honest he was great dealing with me. Picked up my bike on the Wednesday night after being told you have done the front calliper seals on the brakes. By the time I got home the front brake was all but useless because of how spongy it was. So next day I have to get a day off work on short notice so now I've also lost wages to return it to the shop, they have my bike for 2 days, picked it up on the Saturday morning. For 2 weeks later I go out to start it up to find spongy front brake again so now once again I've had to return it to the shop on Saturday. So now this will be the 3rd time you have worked on the same problem. The only reason this review has got 2 starts is for the fact the salesman was great.

Just bought my son to the pizza making session, really enjoyed well worth it well done folks highly recommended

Never in all my years of motorcycling have I found purchasing a set of kevlar jeans so painful and found one particular member of the staff so rude. 3 visits just to get the knee armour for Bullit jeans. Standing around in the store eyeballed by members of staff but not one to ask if they could help...eventually after the one member of staff finishes his chat about Ad Blue for cars with customer purchasing oil for motorcycle then tells me I would have to wait at the counter where there were no staff and I had been hanging around at for 20 minutes..what a joke...then I'm told no armour in the boxes that turned up last week..apparently...then when I say I will bring the jeans back for a refund I got attitude and verbal onslaught...excellent customer service that..NOT...glad CMC can treat customers in that manner and afford to lose someone who spends thousands of £££'s on motorcycles and apparell.
