Well that's it folks! I know technically there are a few days of the year left, but today really feels like the end of a HUGE year for the team here at Concentric HQ, today we celebrated with food, music and some secret Santa gifts and it was as always great fun... have a great Xmas everyone.

An amazing evening on Saturday, with some amazing award winners collecting trophy's and shields, for going above and beyond, all agreed 2017 was a challenging year, but our teams rose above the challenges and made a difference to their businesses, teams and their customers regardless... loving the positivity and motivation from working with such amazing people every day...

An amazing day yesterday at our December Lettings Exchange, with an amazing team.. it was a great mix of learning, lots of fun, smiling faces, with goals set, plans made, awards won and friendships developed... perfect! Bring on 2018.

I have just finished my two weeks Franchise training at Concentric HQ in Wolverhampton and I can clearly say its been the best two weeks learning that I've had in my life. Being trained by the best experts (the list is endless) in the field of sales and lettings has been absolutely fantastic. Every day was very informative and the amount of knowledge I left the class room each day was pretty amazing. All aspects of sales & lettings was covered and no subject was ever dull or boring. I must say it was quite the opposite as the experts made each and every session interesting and very enjoyable indeed.

I found the Discovery Day jam packed full of education and content. It was also great witnessing Sally in her element! What Sally has been able to build is very inspirational and shows what is possible if you work hard and have a plan. My favourite part was probably the fact that the group was only small. This enabled coaches to be able to spend some time with us individually, expanding our thoughts and asking thought provoking questions!
