This week Luke was called out to a dog grooming business. 🐕 🐕 🐩
The canine hydro bath was unusable as a sponge had slipped down into one of the pumps, meaning that the customer had to cancel a number of her customers with no idea when it would be up and running again. The canine hydro bath manufacturer told the customer they’d likely need a new pump which would cost several hundred pounds.
... Luke took a couple of hours stripping the unit down, freeing the sponge and got the canine hydro bath up and running again.
As a result, one very happy customer who was able to open back up for business again 🙌🏼 🐶.

This property was originally a one-bed semi-detached coach house. It is now a much larger two-bed.
The kitchen was originally joined on to the lounge upstairs, which has been blocked off to create a substantial single second bedroom and a new entrance with door on the landing. Completed with a brand new spacious downstairs fitted kitchen/dining area that used to be a garage.
... This new layout has completely transformed this property.

This lovely customer came to me with a bit of a problem 🤔.
They had a small shower which they wanted to be extended, but existing tiles were coming away from the wall as they had been fitted incorrectly. We couldn’t source any matching tiles, so decided to make a feature of the shower 🚿 with some new tiles 🙌🏼.
I removed the old, loose tiles, and made a feature of the new larger shower area with new tiles.
... Looks great doesn’t it!

Really pleased with this latest project, a real transformation 😯 from a tired, unloved room (check out the before pics), to a traditional, practical and stylish, country cottage family bathroom. Completed with a freestanding bath decorated with wooden half cladded walls (to be painted), new flooring and lighting that together truly complements this home. 🙌🏼🛀🚿
The space has been completely utilised, we’ve removed an arch that was over the bath and an unused airing cupboard which has allowed room for a separate shower.

This was a really unique bathroom project. A complete refit, tiling and flooring. 🙌🏼
The space was limited with some quirky nooks and crannies, but everything was given a purpose, in particular making use and a feature of the boxed sink area and adding in some storage with a built in shelving unit.
