Our hotel conference centre offers 20 conference, meeting and training rooms accommodating from 2 up to 222 delegates and include 163 stylish ensuite bedrooms offering Birmingham's largest dedicated residential conference centre. Ideal for organisers who want everything within one venue. The venues include the latest technology with free WiFi throughout and an onsite dedicated Audio Visual team. Relaxing lounges, contemporary restaurants and breakout areas that include landscaped courtyards and lakeside balconies offer the perfect city centre conference, meeting and training experience.
The hotel within the venues is also available for weekend leisure breaks and offers a superbly located sleeping space for anyone visiting Birmingham or the surrounding areas. On-line bedroom reservations are now available on-line at www. conferenceaston. co. uk
Alongside the year round venues, the group offers the exceptional teaching and accommodation of Aston University in Birmingham. From July to September, an additional 600-700 ensuite residences are available in conjunction with an additional 50 meeting rooms, lecture theatres, syndicate spaces and teaching rooms including the 650 seater Great Hall.

Right at the beginning of the food journey for the finishing touches to some of our dishes. Itโs not often we get the chance to see the full journey of some of our food, especially great when itโs in local Worcester.
Our wonderful patisserie chef Claire has produced a piece of art for today's delegates this lunchtime. They are the lucky few who get to try this beautifully decorated 'Autumn Mess' for dessert in our courtyard restaurant. ๐

Our claret and blue cupcakes are available for our conference delegates this lunch time to raise money for Alzheimerโs UK - they were meant to be part of our memory walk today but due to the weather weโve been rained off until next Friday โน๏ธโ๏ธ

Very helpful friendly staff, clean rooms with everything you need. Good food and close to centre.
This place is excellent....What a dilemma if I praise it too highly....Others will consider using the really excellent facilities...And it will get booked up and we may have to find an alternative...However it does deserve the praise....

Attended a training course this week. Facilities great, food plentiful and excellent in quality. Generally great place. All staff were friendly and smart. All areas were clean and well presented. Well done

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, guests in nearby rooms noisy with coming and goings after 12am. But we would go back ๏ฟฝ
Great facilities, comfortable room and excellent food. A particular mention for the catering/waiting staff who were so friendly and helpful.
Rooms could do with better lighting and the venue needs better signage outside but apart from that all round very good.
Easy to find, great venue, spacious & great facilities. Food was very good.
Toilets not brilliant door lock broken & not enough toilet roll.
Terrible customer service - staff were rude and unhelpful, the room was cold and uncomfortable. Key card didnโt work, Room miles away from reception and car park miles away and apparently fully booked although at least 8 spaces! So unhelpful and an all round terrible and unpleasant experience
