Have just been here a large crowd of us 35, first time and we loved it food excellent and desserts staff very friendly especially the new lad , very clean the only thing I can see wrong is if you were in the other section of the place you would have to walk through a lot of people to get to the food as it’s very busy by the door , would come back here again

Excellent service and food. Large variety of eastern and western foods, freshly cooked and continuously replenished. The day time buffet was only £7.50 and £3.75 for children. They also give discount for NHS staff.

I went for lunch with family members (4 adults 1child) food and staff was lovely once again never had problems only thing I can moan about is I asked for a table close to food n big table as one member of the group as problems walking but we was sat right at the back even tho there was other seats n tables close when I asked about them I wasn't told couldn't move there and at one point the pop was flat ( was changed once told )

Went for Birthday meal made all the better as it was free, not been for months & nice to see some food choice changes & a whippy ice cream machine although the deserts could have done with a restock

This is the second time I have been to this resteraunt there is a wide choice of food and it is very nice and reasonably priced my only criticism is that some of the food is not very warm

The food really wasn't that good especially the Indian food. It wasn't replaced for over 2 hours, that ment all you had got was curry sauce and no meat. Won't be going back there I took a party of 8 and we all decided that we would rather go to a Indian restaurant any time and enjoy real Indian cuisine with friendly staff who are willing to help. �

Table for 19 on the hottest day of year so far and no ice what a joke . Was told would bring bucket over but nothing turned up. So £60 for warm pop. Thanks cosmo the last time you will have me in.!!!

Lot's of dishes were empty. It was very busy. But when went up for my 2nd plate which was about 20/30 minutes later, for what i really wanted 'Chicken Curry' was still empty! Staff kept walking past any not taking notice. So I mentioned to a staff member who 5 minutes later refilled.

Booked table for 5 for 7pm when we arrived we had to queue it was chaos in reception so many people waiting people trying to walk by with plates of food we were told to wait by the bar and they would let us no when table ready waited around 10 minutes was showed to a booth which was great we have been a few times but could see place had gone down hill food was average not worth £17 wont be returning soon.

You should state u finish your dinner buffet at 2 not 3. Finish cooking at 2 and no fresh food out after even though u said you would! Someone came over at 20 to saying closing buffet now start taking it away. Then you see all staff taking it to eat. Then at quater to give u your bill to pay and leave like you have to leave right away. Told the manager and he just oh right. Use to really enjoy this place will not be in a rush back!!!! Not every good customer service or food

We went to Cosmos for a FathersDay meal. We had pre-booked and our table was ready immediately which was the highlight of the experience.



First of all two of the chairs were rickety, one of which was so bad we had to get it changed as it was dangerous for my child to sit on.



It was almost impossible to get to the buffet area from the seating due to the huge crowd waiting to be seated. It was that busy that I even saw an employee collide with a customer at one point! Luckily we had less trips to the buffet than normal as we ate very little due to the quality being very poor in comparison to normal.



A lot of the chicken was very dry and tasteless to the point that the southern fried fillets were almost impossible to chew. Some things were cold such as the cauliflower cheese and there was a thick milky film around and over the corn cobs.

The curries were hard to distinguish as all the labels were either missing or misplaced. Much of the food on this occasion was bland.



When we got to the dessert station the kids were so disappointed as it was almost empty, no ice cream and when it was refilled it was tiny tubs meaning you couldn’t make cones. No marshmallows for the chocolate fountain. Barely any jelly. On and no ice in the machine at our end of the restaurant.



Usually we use Cosmo as a treat for the family but now we have been put off so don’t know when or even if we will be back �

Have to wait for food to be replenished. Lamb curry wasn’t cooked properly. Chicken tikka was too dry. They start putting food away one hour before time stated. Won’t be back in a hurry.

Went for a friend's birthday this evening, in a group of 14. Having been to Cosmo in York several times, we were looking forward to trying out our most local Cosmo restaurant in Wolverhampton. What a disappointment.

Non existent service, staff refusing to take drinks orders at the table and making us go to the bar. The bar packed as it is used as a waiting room. As for the food, much less choice than at York, and what they had was not cooked well. Few dishes labelled, so lots of guess work on what you were being asked to eat. The biggest food area was for kids food plus English junk food. As for the rest of the food, many of the large serving dishes were empty, so there was little choice. No vegetables other than potatoes, and Florette salad out of a bag plus tomatoes and cucumber being the only salad choice is a joke. I would not recommend this place, and I'd rather drive 3 plus hours to York and go to Cosmo there rather than venture back to Bentley Bridge. Avoid!

We booked a table for 2 this evening at half past 8 in my name. Upon arrival we were told our table would be a few minutes, no problem. We were called to our table at 8:33 and was told someone would be over to take our drinks order, by 8:56, still no one had taken a drinks order and staff were happily walking past up. After a further 10 minutes we decided that we would leave due to the terrible customer service, as we were leaving a gentleman approached us and asked if everything was okay. We explained it wasn’t and that we were leaving as we had been waiting over half an hour for drinks, the gentleman then replied with ‘okay, no problem, bye then’ and turned his back! There was no attempt to retain our custom and no apology. It was made very clear tonight that there is no customer relation at Cosmo and everyone who walks in is just seen as more money to be made.

Most of the food was great but when I cut into the pork dumplings the smell of rotten meat was overwhelming! Upon complaint the manager said they were fine and yet they had been removed from the service counter!

If this review was just about the food, then I would of given this rating a 5, because food wise - by going at 5pm (Wolverhampton) everything was fresh, full and tasted great. My disgust was that when I called to book my meal 3 dates before i said the booking was for 1 adult and 3 children (8,11,11), to which i was told the children are 50% of the adult price.



When I turned up at the restaurant in Wolverhampton with the 3 children the receptionist said the one child will be adult price because she is above a line, I was disgusted to pay an adult price for an 11yr old girl, 11 year old girl classed as adult, how disgusting. I didn’t cause a scene as the restaurant was just opening and the queue to get in was huge. I actually was not told of any line judgement on the phone when I booked.



The 11yr olds actually ate the same amounts, so I don’t understand the logic other than to make money and it’s a way of profiteering, or they feel some children will not eat and leave the food they pile on a plate, so needs to compensate somehow. So be aware of this con.



Wonder what would happen is an adult was below ‘that line’ would they give them 50% off as they aren’t a size of an adult? I guess not...

I have never been to a prison but that’s what you feel when you get to the restaurant!! A cold reception and then if you are single you are made to pay first!! Cards only accepted if over £10 or over!! For lunch during weekdays food runs out by 115pm!!

Had to wait 20 minutes for table which i understand as it is Saturday night! So went to bar to get a drink for me and my partner! Couldn’t use card for drinks as under £10 so we paid for our meals aswell upfront to get a drink! Didn’t Like seating arrangement to close to people next to you felt like we were cattle! Food ok wouldn’t rush back. Went to leave then got accused of not paying in front of other customers which made me laugh as it was the same person who took payment. Customer service is diabolical! £45 what a waste of money! Think people just go here for a cheap fill!
