We are fully booked for Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. But if you still haven't thought what you'd like to do for BOXING DAY, a nice lunch cruise down the River Avon, we have availability for our lunch cruise from 1:00-4:00pm, 3 course menu and 3 hour cruise at our usual price of £28.50 per person. We had an amazing 4 course meal for my partners 30th birthday. The food was really tasty and the staff were great. I would recommend this for anybody any age.

We had an absolutely wonderful afternoon yesterday on countess of Evesham, for father in laws surprise 70th. 15 of us including children, staff were fab couldn’t do enough for us. Food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing afternoon around Stratford. THANKYOU all...

We celebrated our 3rd Wedding Anniversary on this beautiful boat last night with a stunning meal, excellent presentation of the food, good table service, and felt totally relaxed with the excellent boat crew. If we had to mention something to improve on it would be simply about the background music. Maybe some Panpipes or Motown/Searchers. We love The Countess of Evesham and will return. Thank you to Martin and his crew for a wonderful evening. Barry & Mandie.

Spent New Year's Eve on this fabulous barge with my husband and 2 children (20,21). The food was amazing. The ambience great. I've never enjoyed a new year so much. The staff were very pleasant and the little extra touches of celebrating Russian and Italian New Years fun. Thanks to the whole team. I'd certainly recommend it.

Special atmosphere, very relaxed and friendly. Food was delicious and considering the size of the galley, enough choice.

Really lovely experience, lovely 3 hour cruise along the river whilst enjoying a 3 course Sunday lunch. Staff were polite and helpful. My only small comment would be that they run out of bread! And when your paying a reasonable amount and having pate to start, I would have expected a little more. I would highly recommend.

Me and my wife Helen had a lovely day yesterday for our birthday lunch. We was well pleased with the whole experience the crew and the food was all first class and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great afternoon out.

Great way to spend a few hours. Limited menu but decent quality food well presented. Service was good and friendly. You can certainly get a cheaper 3 course meal but this includes a leisurely 3 hour river cruise.

Drinks were sensibly priced. Good clean toilet facilities on board.

Definitely recommend.

First, we had perfect weather which made the whole evening magical, cruising along the Avon as the sun set, and encountering three or four locks. The staff were lovely, friendly and efficient, both the serving staff and the boatmen. Food was excellent, as was the wine. What a treat! And good value, too.

5 stars no question!!! From first contact via email to disembarking the service was exemplary. The food was tasty and sometimes with set menus it can be a bit cold and dry this was far from the case here.

Very spacious on board so you feel you can have a conversation without being overheard perfect for romantic trips I'd say.

We had dinner onboard the Countess of Evesham this evening, the food and the service was very good we had a very pleasant evening

We had a lovely evening last night celebrating our son's 30 th birthday. The crew were lovely and the food good . There are two things that I would comment on firstly the Portebello mushroom was chewy and cold and the music was too loud and rather intrusive but the fish course was devine cooked perfectly and nice and hot. It was a lovely evening and something different and we really enjoyed it. It was a total surprise for my son and girlfriend and he said it was special.

We booked a table for 6 people and we all really enjoyed it.

The food was very good and the staff friendly and welcoming.

My only grumble would be that the tables are too close together but that's only a minor fault and overall we all had a great time.

Good food and service, and obliging crew......we were allowed onboard early to decorate the boat for our birthday party. Our trip was 4hours duration which saw some of the younger ones were getting a little restless. All in all a great experience, would recommend to friends and family.
