The staff are caring, attentive and the hospital is spotless

I live in Longton, a town in Stoke on Trent. I know one of your senior accountancy people, whom I was at school with. I can see from your Facebook book page that your hospitals are as equally impressive as those here, at the University Hospital near Newcastle under Lyme. Whenever I go on the odd occasion for treatment at our hospital, I always thank they for an effiiciently well run organisation, that will also be the case at your site too.

After a course of CBT for severe anxiety, today I have been discharged. I couldn't be happier with the service and support I've received. Thank you so much for helping me get to a healthier mental state. I feel I've been given the tools to change my life.

I can breathe again.

Not a lot when they took my husband away from me forgot to feed him for 12 days also treating my daughter for thyroid for a year another opinion found cancer she passed away in 41days lost my only child and husband in a year N H Poor

I'm waiting since 11pm with heavy rectal bleeding, came in by the Ambulance from another town. Asked twice nicely when can I see a doctor, I am totally ignored by the staff!!!! It's 4:35 am asked what if I loose to much blood and collapse and their response was: "Well, then I'll call a nurse to see you."



Rubbish service, you are the bottom.
