Much better, higher quality, independent, investigative journalism than the Coventry Telegraph. Les Reid is an award winning journalist and as with all good journalists sometimes people don't like what they read because it exposes their agendas. Sign of a damn good journalist. Ignore some of the other biased, negative reviews from angry football 'fans', have a read for yourself and welcome the critical thinking.

I would argue the last bastion of independent journalism in the City, with intelligent and thorough investigative journalism, not afraid to be controversial whilst maintaining integrity.

I think it's an excellent paper and talks Coventry up rather than reporting about Crime every week and this many jobs have been lost and this person did this. It doesn't use click bait like a certain other paper featuring non Coventry stories and non Coventrians just to get you to click so II have to see an advert. At least it talks Coventry up.



As for Les Reid, he held the council to task over shutting the Priory Visitor Centre and soon it will be reopened, as far as I'm aware. He is an Award Winning Journalist and now they've snapped up Pete Chambers with all his musical knowledge about Coventry as well

Totally biased journalism when it comes to CCFC to the point of embarrassment.

The poor quality of journalism and lack of any real or credible sources makes the paper less reliable than a tabloid newspaper. The Sports reporting is heavily biased towards Sky Blues, yet they manage to criticize every team in Coventry. Les Reid for example uses phrases like "some people say" or "no incidents, apart from...." To try and turn gossip into news.

In Birmingham yesterday there was a court hearing involving three Coventry based parties. I can't see any coverage of this. Any thoughts as to why?
