Our experience couldn't be more different from Julie de Mooij's. Sam and all the ladies working for him spent an inordinate amount of time with us whilst we constantly changed our thinking about the materials and configuration of our wardrobe. Nothing was too much trouble. The wardrobe we eventually settled on was fitted last week. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily and we are delighted with the result. We feel we have a really good product at a reasonable price. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sam, the team and the product. We felt valued as customers, and that's what you want from a business.

I moved to Weddington nr Nuneaton town in February 2017 & purchased a new build property. I wanted the house to have fitted wardrobes for space saving & quality; did not want to have to keep buying furniture. From the helpful & friendly office staff & consultations with Sam, the whole experience was so smooth & any queries were answered to full satisfaction. I cannot applaud the CSW team for how happy I still feel today, life is so much easier with the right storage & worth every penny paid because of the excellent quality. Excellent sliding wardrobes fitted in two of our bedrooms.

Excellent service from start to finish. Lovely lads. Quick fitting and even tided up after them. Would recommend to everyone

Couldn't have asked for a better service with my sliding wardrobe, so much more reasonable than other firms out there. Had meetings to draw up designs, were given lots of options, had fantastic communication throughout, didn't take long at all to install and finished product looks great.



I couldn't fault Sam and the team in their customer service, communication and installation. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had our wardrobe fitted last year...the large doors were to heavy for the fittings so gave way...it took 4 months for them to come out. They took the doors away and 6 weeks on we are still waiting for them. They never return our messages or phone calls or emails. My husband had to wait out side there unit to get them to even come out to sort the problem. So not happy. We were told they were coming Monday around 5pm to re fit the doors they didn't show up...it's Tuesday evening no phone call or email no Facebook message...hence the 3 stars.
