Went to the store for the first to.e yesterday. Lovely place I loved it. Very well laid out and very friendly staff. Amazing selection of craft goodies. We also used the coffee shop which is really nice. Only had coffee but will try the cake on our next visit. Well done

One off the biggest craft stores I have ever been to, attended on 19/05/18, staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and lovely, workshops were great fun. Lunch was lovely and I was very pleased that they catered gluten free for my self, I can't wait to go back.

My first experience of crafter's companion goodies and store. What an excellent day, everything and everyone were great. Struck by the friendliness, warmth....enthusiasm by all who worked there and keen to answer my many questions in their skill areas.....so helpful and informative.....I stayed all day and enjoyed every minute.....and conversations with other crafters......I will be back to try some of the workshops......thank you to everyone.....will definitely recommend the store to others.......shefalie

I've done a few work shops now and every time I've enjoyed the friendliness and enthusiasm shown by the staff nothing has been to much trouble,,,, when asking many different questions on different products.

I feel like a kid in a candy � shop so many new things I'd like to learn, the work shops are great for picking up new ideas and tips off other crafters. I'd be there every day if I lived a bit closer

I love this store, I fact I could live there, the staff are lovely always there to help, I went on a great course today with Keeley and Pat, if you have never done needle felting please go and try this amazing course, Keeley was so patient, and helped every step of the way, it was fantastic, thank you Keeley and Pat.

I came in today for help with my Gemini, Yvonne and Rachel were really helpful and showed me where I was going wrong. Everyone in the shop is always so friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Definitely my favourite shop

Attended the Felting Workshop today run by Keeley and it was brilliant. The training was easy to follow with guidance and assistance if required. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and was pleasantly surprised that the end product looked just (well nearly) like the one on display. Came home and immediately made another mouse, can't wait for the next class. Thank you Keeley for such a good morning. See you again soon. Pam

43 very happy crafters from Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. We had a fantastic time. 3 great workshops, fabulous lunch, so much inspiration and wonderful staff. It was well worth the 4 1/2 hour journey each way. We are already planning the next trip. Rachel you have a wonderful team and should be very proud of all of them. Cheryl - In House Crafts.

Had a great afternoon making a distressed bottle. Theresa was very good and patient. Would have given 5 stars apart from the following



1) the advertised tea and cake didn't appear, had to be chased at the last minute

2) some of the craft items used in the class weren't in stock which resulted in lost sales, it would be a good idea if there was a special display near the craft area with all the items required to replicate what you had done in the class.



Apart from that it think it's a brilliant shop and the staff have always been very helpful on my three visits
