Looking at previous reviews They must have changed the staff as we had excellent service, plenty of smiles and I asked for a glass of water and it appeared immediately. The puddings are spectacular and very well priced for the portion size. We will most definitely be going again very soon!

Friendly, helpful staff, great food, little one loved it. Had an apple pie on waffle with custard and ice cream. Wife had a slice of choc cake on waffle with ice cream. Daughter had mouthfuls of both. Lovely treat! See you in a few months for Sundaes!!

Went for my first chocolate treat after going chocolate free for lent and it didn't disappoint! Seated right away by friendly staff. The food was absolutely stunning, waffle was lovely and warm and had defo been freshly made! Loved it and it's great for a treat xx

Went for my daughters birthday. They loved it. Sugar rush heaven. They staff looked after us and made her feel special.

Drinks are all high sugar and expensive. It would be great to have a jug of water or children's drinks to accompany the high sugar desserts.

We went as a treat before the cinema service was quick and the food was nice two of us had a sundae one had crepes and one had a waffle all of it was presented lovely only moan is that they need to use less chocolate on the crepes as they where a bit too sweet apart from that is was a nice Sunday afternoon treat xx

Great place, loved the decor, the food was amazing and the it was served quickly to say the place was busy, would definitely return. We had a milkshake and cupcake and both were very nice and reasonable price. The food that was on other tables looked great and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Food was good could be better though!! Waffles were quite dry with some of the toppings!!

They need to realise that this type of food is a treat and staff need to be extra smiley happy and attentive to warrant the special treat event, party, etc.... they could possibly do with some music too a 50's feel would hopefully please all or at least give the place a little bit of life.

The staff very rude and unhelpfull , , ordered a waffle and 2 sundays , waffle came out had to ask for the sundays was a bit dissapointed as ment my ice cream had melted etc as wasnt going to eat mine when the kids still waiting , its a shame as a food is great but staff let it dowm majorly, doubt ill be going back tbh

Service is too long, the tables are always dirty, it's untidy so not pleasant to sit in with left overs dirty plates on tables. Staff do try their best but they are always understaffed never seems to be a manager or owner present.

Waffles need to be served warm, everything is served cold even the cooked food as last time I went the pancake was cold. Kids like the idea of it massive ice creams for nearly £6. You should do a cheaper version. We only go as a special treat.

Service is chaotic, there doesn't seem to be any kind of system in place and staff not knowing where they should/shouldn't be.. my boyfriends dessert came out straight away and then he'd actually finished his before my crepes had come out, which was wrong, and the edges of the pancakes were rock hard. Didn't bother saying anything as like I said my boyfriend had already finished his prior to me receiving mine. Really disappointed.

Also smells like dirty cloth everywhere, they wiped a table next to us & the smell was very off putting.

Don't get me wrong the food is yummy , that is of course until your son looking quite disgusted pulls a vile black hair from his ice cream saying "eeewwwww" . Mmmmmmm we are all blonde hair so obviously it's not come from our heads , I took the offending hair along with the ice cream barley touched to the man at the counter , within my rights I had expressed how disgusting it was to find a hair and that I would like an exchange and a refund , but oh no he couldn't possibly do both as he basically accused me of being a liar and that the hair could have come from anywhere , his staff all wear hairnets and the girl serving ice cream it couldn't be hers , granted she had long hair but to see other staff with poorly fitted hairnets mmmmmmm I beg to question . I asked for the manager to be told he was , he spoke to me with such disrespect telling me in a number of contradictory ways that I was wrong and it was not a hair from his staff ,after all quote "we have a 5star rating " fuming to be treated so poorly another member of staff came to my aid , a little better at customer service he told me that he was the manager and in fact the first guy was the owner , alas I still had no refund but a replacement . Needless to say 5 star or not clearly a 0 star should be given for poor hygiene, poor service and an owner that clearly needs to learn better customer service , thanks for spoiling my sons birthday , goodbye creams , it's been emotional ���

Deserts and milkshakes are tasty I had the cookie dough was a little over cooked tough in the middle most of the staff we're rude had no idea how to crack a smile let alone rapport build with the customer I saw one customer that was stood at the till and one of the waiters squeezed behind him without saying anything when the customer stepped back into the staff member without realising he was squeezing behind the customer apologised and the staff member rolled his eyes and continued to say nothing, if you can hack rude staff members with terrible customer service but tasty reasonable priced deserts and drinks this is the place to be

We had great hope. There is a huge language barrier with the serving staff, who also didn't wash their hands between making food and handling money.



We asked to swap the vanilla ice cream for another flavour. This was really difficult for them to comprehend and they charged us £1.95 for ONE SCOOP of ice cream, which came out before the desert, so melted early.



They still brought the vanilla ice-cream that we didn't want or eat.



We ordered crepes. They came out rock hard. Apparently they are bought ready made, stored then reheated up. No surprise it was rock hard. The banana crepe had exactly 5 slices of banana in, so less than half a banana.



Whilst we were in there, two couples both left their waffles as they were too hard to cut.



I won't be going back.

Such a terrible experience went out as a family and may aswell have ordered separately! Food didn't come at the same time and 35mins after mine and kids arrived partner still didn't have his! Creams said this is because hot food is shown on a different screen to cold food! How difficult can it be to keep back peoples ice cream until hot food is cooked?

Been here on several occasions without problems, however last night was awful. A group of 4 of us went and ordered individually at the counter. Out of the 4 dishes to be brought to us, 3 of them were wrong. We told the waitress who asked to see our receipts which said these wrong orders. 2 of these orders were completely wrong, with Nutella being put on the waffle of someone with a nut allergy! We told them and insisted we wouldn't order these items as didnt even like them/ couldn't eat them. This waitress then took away the wrong dishes to what we pressumed was to give us our correct dishes. However a very rude man ( whom took the order ) came over and became very argumentative with us about what we had ordered and how we were wrong. He then stated that he would check cctv with sound to prove that we were wrong!. Eventually the correct orders were plonked down in front of us without even an apology! After finishing the desserts (which tasted lovely although tainted by the appalling service we recieved ) I went up to the rude server to ask what he had found on his cctv. He turned around and told us how yes we were right and proceeded to blame the tills. He still couldn't bring himself to apologise to us about the appalling treatment of us. We were very dissapointed with this treatment, especially as it felt like they were making us out to be liars!
