Wish I'd got the name of the guy who looked after us yesterday he was brilliant! My son who is autistic had a bit of a meltdown when his ice cream was served in one of the glass sundae dishes as to my son they weren't proper bowls, this guy asked what was wrong and I explained and he went and got me a "normal bowl" straight away making my son very happy, he came again to check everything was ok later in too, lovely guy and great service! �

We went with our 4 kids 12, 11, 7 & 2. We got there for when it opened (actually a little earlier but the kind staff let us in as they saw we were waiting) we were seated straight away and had the process explained clearly. The lady on the till was very helpful recommending dishes for our young children and it came to a very reasonable price considering some reviews stated how expensive it was. Kids ice creams were only £3. Fast service, our deserts arrived in about 10 minutes and were all as we expected. They all tasted amazing. Our only problem of the whole trip was deciding what to eat. Great service and great food. We will definitely visit again.

On arrival greated by friendly staff. Shown to a table given a menu so much to choose from and was nice and clean.

Lovely time. It was busy but the food still come really quickly. Was served by Joao Vélez who was really lovely! 10/10 will come back �

I went to this beatiful place with some of my friends from Romania. The service was brilliant since we get inside till we leaved. The food was bring it to our table very quick and warm. I really recomend this place to everyone, the food is the best there. Prieteni va recomand tuturor care stati in Coventry sa mergeti acolo ���

First time going. Was recommended to us from a number of people. Upon arival was greeted by very friendly staff. We said we had never been before they couldnt of been more helpful lots of staff there all very friendly, lady at the till was very patient with us struggling to decide what to have off their huge menu got me ice creams to taste. When the food came it was AMAZING. Great service, great food really cant fault them deffo be going back. :)

Fantastic food. Great value for money - the portions are quite big! Service was also very good. Dominik was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful! I would definitely go again!

Food was amazing, but the way some staff were spoken to by other members of staff to do something I didn’t like, manners don’t cost anything you don’t alway have to use please and thank you it’s how you ask for something to be done.

Amazing waffles and ice creams, with lots of choice and not the most expensive in the area either. Portions are plentiful and so much choice. Only slight negatives were the reluctance of the staff to swap white choc shavings for milk choc, although happy to remove the milk choc ones! Also I asked if they would do a child's portion of one of the main menu choices, which they wouldn't do. The location isn't the nicest part of the city but they've made the most of the building and the view of the Swanswell park is surprisingly pleasant! Parking has very limited space and has a few pot holes to negotiate. 4/5 & will definitely go again!

The first time I had creams it was beautiful, but had one tonight and had a lot of egg shell in and hardly any sauce not worth the price at all tonight at all!

I came with two friends yesterday we were seated straight away by a lovely lady who told us what we needed to do. However the girl that served us was a bit rude. We wanted to swop our sauce on the waffle but she refused and so we had to pay extra to get the sauce swooped (when I have been previously you could do this fine) and considering how much the waffles are it should be ok to do so. The waffles came pretty quickly and we all really enjoyed them.

Today we met a few friends with our children to treat them for doing well at school/nursery and we knew what we were going to get them yet upon ordering we came accross a rather rude lady who clearly wanted to just serve and not give good service. My friend didnt hear a question about her order and was quite rude in saying "can you not understand me" rather than speaking louder especially as the music was quite loud at the order point. When we tried to order something specific (we had a picture which we got from your fb page) we were told they didn't do that anymore and it wasn't on the current menu (it wasnt on the previous menu yet we had ordered this twice before with no problems and the staff were more than happy to make it). Rather than helping us out we just got told we could order the items separately and put it together ourselves at the table. Ended up just buying the kids something little. Needless to say we wont be going again in a hurry

The cutlery tray was dirty finger prints and bits all in the bott of the tray the fresh cream was left on the side for at least 15min while we were waiting to get served I had chocolates waffles the fresh cream melted on the plate looked like a runny mess then to discover I had a hair in my food none of the staff wore hair nets or gloves when preparing the food the wait to pay was ridiculous I was really put off also the staff struggled to speak English we was very disappointed in the service we just left as complaining would of took quiet a while as the staff didn't understand what we were saying terrible service I wouldn't recommend it my friend was very sick as the cream had curdled won't be going bk

The kids loved the visual of their pop waffle ice creams but again didn't rave about the taste and didn't finish them. I had a try and theres were as bland as the taste of mine. Our local supermarket own brand tastes nicer. So will I pay £21 for 3 ice creams again? Have a guess........

BTW the air con was so cold my kids were shivering within seconds and my boys teeth were chattering like a cartoon character!

It's worth the trip over to Stratford Upon Avon for lickety licks. In the centre of Stratford it still sells a cheaper ice cream!

Very bad service took my daughter here for her birthday as she always wanted to go. staff didn't care and plates were dirty and sticky. made a complaint via there email address the response was they will get in touch with the store and somebody will get Bach to me within 3 working days, nobody got Back to so I email mailed again, waited, same thing again this went on and on still no reply it's been 10 weeks aboustley disgusting company we had very bad stomachs for 5 days went hospital salmonella avoid at all cost !!!!!!

Unfortunately the food is really poor here. There is a spectacular dessert shop in Kenilworth that I have been too. I’d highly recommend going there instead!

I ordered for myself a banana split at £5.95 and asked to swap the two scoops of vanilla ice cream to two scoops of strawberry and they said no problem but it would cost me an extra £2 � What is that all about?!! I said not to worry cancel my order, The girl at till asked manager if they could do the swap for free and he said no £2 end of story, Well that’s my first and last visit here as I have had better service and value for money at Sprinkles and Jam Jar ice cream parlours a few minutes walk from this place. Oh well there loss as poor customer service merits poor review.

Ordered Creams on the Uber Eats app, never had a problem with Uber Eats. Only 2 items were delivered instead of 3, Creams refused to take responsibility for not giving the driver the full order, I have a receipt with the full order and only 2 of the 3 items were ticked off that receipt, my item wasn’t ticked off and I’ve spent my evening speaking to various people at Uber Eats trying to get my item delivered.
