This weeks events begin today at 17:00, with RPG Night.
Some of Steve Forrest’s group have become possessed by some ghosts whilst exploring a creepy building, can they survive?
Tuesday sees the first night of the LGC’s Necromunda campaign, it’s last MTG sealed league for the season as well as open gaming all starting from 15:00.
... On Friday we will be holding a Commander session (17-19) followed by a standard session (19-22) of Magic, for our Friday Night Magic event.
On Saturday (our final event for the week) we will be kicking off our Standard showdown event from 12.

What a great day we had Saturday! Very close right through out, but after three games the winner was the Birthday boy himself - Mark Rapson. (Winning due to highest life total overall )

Today we have the new releases from Age of Sigmar on sale including “cut down” ( in size definitely not in value!) versions of the base game and new paint sets too....
And of course we have Mark Rapson’s Birthday celebrations in the form of two 5-man Commander events that will be running all day!

Seeing as it’s Mark Rapson’s birthday on Saturday, we thought we would do something a little different. I’m looking for 7 other players to take part in a commander event. You do NOT need to bring anything bar yourself and maybe some dice!
We will be supplying 10 custom built commander decks (one for each player). They will be played in two pods of 5. Five of them are mono-coloured decks, the other 5 are the new elder dragons. Each pod will have specific win conditions and generate points for standings. Who ever finishes the day with the most points wins a prize!

We have lots on as normal this week, including a unique/special event on Saturday!

Great news!
We have had a restock on our Army Painter range, It’s ALL back in.
We even managed to get our hands on a mega paint set too, and as always 15% of the marked price!

At last M19 is released and to celebrate we will be holding our own planeswalker draft tonight from seven. (Follow the link below for more info.)
And tomorrow we will be holding our M19 draft from 11. Come down and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere whilst we try to beat each other! Open to all ages and level of player.

This Friday with the release of M19 we are doing a unique draft. Aimed at both New and established players, entry is £18.
Select any planeswalker deck from the ones we have available. The boosters from that pack (plus the ones needed to make a total of 3 per player) all get put into a hat and drawn by each player in turn.
Draft as normal from the booster packs. Combine your draft pool with the original planeswalker deck and build a single 60 card deck and fight for the prizes!

Had our first Magic the Gathering party at the shop yesterday 10 10 year olds entertained for 5 hours. Lots of games, mythic rares pulled, popcorn, burgers and laughter. Well done to Theo for winning the tournament and happy birthday to Isaac!
All that and a Doubling season pulled!
Each child went home with their decks, and card pulls (no need for party bags)!!!

Saturday from 11am we have our first M19 pre-release. £20 entry, open your pack and build a new deck of 40 cards. Aim to beat all your opponents. (Whole Booster boxes of M19 will be on pre-sale on the day for £80)

Just popped in as I used to game as a kid. The guys in there are super nice and just happy to chat. No pressure to buy whatsoever. Felt more like it was a friends house than a shop. I’ll definitely be going back!

A lovely clean store with a cracking side room for playing games. A good selection of miniature games, pre painted games and board games which gives you a good chance of finding what you were after. The staff are friendly and offer great tips and advice on their stock. I'll definitely be visiting again

A fantastic shop with lots of games to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hour visit on Sunday and were made to feel really welcome. My 12 year old son visited on Thursday evening for the games club and had a great time playing Dicemasters. A great opportunity to make new friends and learn new games.

The owner had a great knowledge of the games. The shop was spacious and very clean. After spending £120 in the shop yesterday and I have one very happy partner we will be returning again in the future!
