Ordered a takeaway tonight, through the Deliveroo app. I had a burger which was packed in a box that keeps the burger both upright and hot. The fries were also delivered in a box � that kept them hot. The pizza � was packed well and again, hot. The app lets you chose how you want your burger � cooked! The food was lovely and the delivery excellent with constant updates on the progress. Couldn't ask for more.

My wife and myself visited you on the 13th May 2017 we were looked after like royalty. Denise had a caesar salad with chicken and I had a black and blue burger with sweet potato fries it was delicious prices are very good well done to the staff that served us 5 more stars.

My partner and I visited the restaurant for the first time recently, and we were served by a guy called Carl, the service here was amazing and he made us feel very welcome / comfortable and the food was fantastic.

Due to the service (Carl went out of his way to ensure we were very well looked after) and the food (Seriously, did I mention how good it was!!) I will be making crust a regular place to visit.

We have already mentioned this place to a few friends and are looking to go again soon.

Fantastic staff, great food and insane hot wings challenge which is pure evil.

Fabulous !!! Me and my little girl had a lunch date here and the staff were amazing & extremely attentive , the place was spotless and clean , we had 3 courses and all were delish and cooked to perfection and so well priced. Would def recommend and am going back really soon :) Thank You xx

Came today with my sis for her birthday. Absolutely lovely food and lovely staff. Sam was such a pleasure to have serve us. So chatty and friendly. And she made sure the halloumi balls came out with a lit birthday candle too. Lol. It was definitely a lovely place and highly recommended.

All of it was faultless: the starters in particular were wonderful with homemade nachos (a rarity these days!) probably some of the best calamari I've ever had, and jalapeños wrapped in bacon (seriously, genius). My pizza was also delicious and very authentically homemade - a thin crust too which is a bonus!



We came all the way from Wolverhampton and it was worth every penny and mile travelled. Sadly the distance means we probably can't make this a regular haunt, but we'll definitely come back for more!

Brought the children for the children's deal. Fantastic value, food yummy. Kids loved it. Thanks for the milkshake recommendation peanut fudge .... divine. Will definitely visit again

After a bit of a hiccup with the slow and inattentive service,the two young managers I presume,and a lady waitress attempted to put things right.And they did.the food was surprisingly very very good,and the kids loved their milkshakes.

The food was piping hot,and well presented,and the service in the end was friendly and helpful.

And to top it off,a very substantial discount on my bill was very much appreciated.

Would we go again......yes we would.

Top tip,the Calamari was the best I've had in a long while �

We waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food, that is a long time to rack up the bill with drinks!!

Two of our party commented that their food was cold but we're so hungry that they couldn't be bothered to send it back & wait for another hour!

Four of us ordered The juicy Lucy, a new burger on the menu, having recently seen it on a TV program & seeing how amazing it looked!

What a disappointment, I think they forgot to put the cheese in it, no flavour at all!

When asked how our meal was, I said that it was just ok, the waiter said he would speak to me but didn't return to speak to me!

We decided to skip dessert, which is unheard of for us!

Really wasn't very impressed with our visit this evening. We ordered four pizzas, two burgers and a couple of side salads. It took well over the "20 minutes" we were told it would take for our food to arrive when we ask for a rough time scale as one of our party is diabetic, and when the food arrived, one of the salads hadn't had chicken added, the sweet potato fries had been forgotten and the burgers we recieved were on plates so small and so precariously balanced that they were impossible to eat. It took a further five minutes for the caeser salad with chicken to arrive, when we then asked for decent sized plates for our burgers and to remind the waitress yet again for the sweet potato fries. By the time we actually had decent sized plates, the burgers were almost cold and we still hadn't received the sweet potato fries. Needless to say we will not be planning on returning and having visited a lot of times it's a shame that the service has become so shoddy. Food has always taken an hour from ordering to be on the table and it's a bit of a joke when there were more staff than customers!

Great food, service, yet again was not that good. Food came no offer of sauces were made, had to go and get my own. Staff need some training so they are all doing the same. One girl dropped a napkin on the floor, when setting tables, never got a new one. Dirty one in the table.

Me and my parter came here tonight, we both had the big D burger which was nice until I found a hair in my burger. It's hair, it happens. I'm not one to make a fuss about anything, but for the second time now, I have been sick after eating from this place. They must not be keeping there meat in the right conditions.

We will no longer be visiting.

Just ate here and I ordered a Caesar salad without bacon and when the chefs heard the order they all laughed which was very rude and then when it came the lettuce was dead at the ends and still had mud on which I sent back we won't be returning EVER!

Burger challenge was a waste of time and effort! Without doubt the worst burger I have ever had, dry, flavourless and falling apart. The challenge was more of a chore than a reason to enjoy the food and I completed it!

4 adults and 4 children dined here for a late lunch today and everything was delicious! We will be back again even if it's not very local definitely worth the drive. really friendly staff and impressive grub !

Popped in for an Anniversary Meal, food was wonderful, had a Plain Jane, and wife had a Pulled Pork Pizza, boys had pizza with pepperoni,ham and pineapple, only fault was with the ice cream - the wafer fans were slightly soft as though the been out in the air for couple of days. Great friendly service even popping out to get fresh mint for my Virgin Mojito

The staff were friendly but we had to flag them down for service for most things and it wasn't that busy. We do find that for what you get its too expensive but the kids like it which is why we came again. I wouldn't come here without the kids as you can get a steak for the same price as a burger somewhere nicer and they don't do draft beer. If they made it cheaper it would feel more value for money. Drinks are so overpriced too, three bottles of beer was nearly £15 on the bill!! Its Shirley, not London! Nice venue and food but needs to realise where it is and who their demographic is

As regular visitors to crust was really looking forward to my Mother's Day meal with my family, 7 of us.

We waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food, that is a long time to rack up the bill with drinks!!

Two of our party commented that their food was cold but we're so hungry that they couldn't be bothered to send it back & wait for another hour!

Four of us ordered The juicy Lucy, a new burger on the menu, having recently seen it on a TV program & seeing how amazing it looked!

What a disappointment, I think they forgot to put the cheese in it, no flavour at all!

When asked how our meal was, I said that it was just ok, the waiter said he would speak to me but didn't return to speak to me!

We decided to skip dessert, which is unheard of for us!

All in all very disappointed!

It took well over the "20 minutes" we were told it would take for our food to arrive when we ask for a rough time scale as one of our party is diabetic, and when the food arrived, one of the salads hadn't had chicken added, the sweet potato fries had been forgotten and the burgers we recieved were on plates so small and so precariously balanced that they were impossible to eat. It took a further five minutes for the caeser salad with chicken to arrive, when we then asked for decent sized plates for our burgers and to remind the waitress yet again for the sweet potato fries. By the time we actually had decent sized plates, the burgers were almost cold and we still hadn't received the sweet potato fries. Needless to say we will not be planning on returning and having visited a lot of times it's a shame that the service has become so shoddy. Food has always taken an hour from ordering to be on the table and it's a bit of a joke when there were more staff than customers!

I'm not one to make a fuss about anything, but for the second time now, I have been sick after eating from this place. They must not be keeping there meat in the right conditions.

Just ate here and I ordered a Caesar salad without bacon and when the chefs heard the order they all laughed which was very rude and then when it came the lettuce was dead at the ends and still had mud on which I sent back we won't be returning EVER!

Burger challenge was a waste of time and effort! Without doubt the worst burger I have ever had, dry, flavourless and falling apart. The challenge was more of a chore than a reason to enjoy the food and I completed it!

Ordered a takeaway tonight, through the Deliveroo app. I had a burger which was packed in a box that keeps the burger both upright and hot. The fries were also delivered in a box � that kept them hot. The pizza � was packed well and again, hot. The app lets you chose how you want your burger � cooked! The food was lovely and the delivery excellent with constant updates on the progress. Couldn't ask for more.

My wife and myself visited you on the 13th May 2017 we were looked after like royalty. Denise had a caesar salad with chicken and I had a black and blue burger with sweet potato fries it was delicious prices are very good well done to the staff that served us 5 more stars.

My partner and I visited the restaurant for the first time recently, and we were served by a guy called Carl, the service here was amazing and he made us feel very welcome / comfortable and the food was fantastic.

Due to the service (Carl went out of his way to ensure we were very well looked after) and the food (Seriously, did I mention how good it was!!) I will be making crust a regular place to visit.

We have already mentioned this place to a few friends and are looking to go again soon.

Came today with my sis for her birthday. Absolutely lovely food and lovely staff. Sam was such a pleasure to have serve us. So chatty and friendly. And she made sure the halloumi balls came out with a lit birthday candle too. Lol. It was definitely a lovely place and highly recommended.

Came here with my partner yesterday and we went to town with three starters, a main each and a milkshake each. All of it was faultless: the starters in particular were wonderful with homemade nachos (a rarity these days!) probably some of the best calamari I've ever had, and jalapeños wrapped in bacon (seriously, genius). My pizza was also delicious and very authentically homemade - a thin crust too which is a bonus!



We came all the way from Wolverhampton and it was worth every penny and mile travelled. Sadly the distance means we probably can't make this a regular haunt, but we'll definitely come back for more!

Brought the children for the children's deal. Fantastic value, food yummy. Kids loved it. Thanks for the milkshake recommendation peanut fudge .... divine. Will definitely visit again

After a bit of a hiccup with the slow and inattentive service,the two young managers I presume,and a lady waitress attempted to put things right.And they did.the food was surprisingly very very good,and the kids loved their milkshakes.

The food was piping hot,and well presented,and the service in the end was friendly and helpful.

And to top it off,a very substantial discount on my bill was very much appreciated.

Would we go again......yes we would.
