Another big delivery of cakes is now on its way to the wonderful Platform 10 coffee shop so not only can you get your Crystal’s fix from our shop in Dawley you can also get them from Bridgnorth. I’m sure many of you have heard of this local family’s campaign to raise money to give their son a chance of fighting this rare form of cancer. As a mother I can only imagine the desperation they must be feeling, so will be raffling off a gift box of 24 cupcakes at the shop for the next 2 weeks to raise as much as we can. These cupcakes are the best they literally melt in your mouth they stay fresh for days when others are dry and hard. I definitely recommend, there is a variety of different delicious flavours to choose from the staff are very pleasant also.

I wanted to get some cupcakes last minute for my daughters 3rd birthday. Long story short there was a mix up, and we were given our cupcakes for free because of the mix up. Thank you so much there were absolutely amazing!!!!! So kind. You are so busy and we really do appreciate it.

I visited for the first time here after being told about how lovely the place is and how amazing the cupcakes are. I ordered 5 cupcakes and 2 slices to take away and wow! They are so lovely, especially the cookie dough cupcake. My little boy loved his cupcake too, very clean inside, prices are fair for what you're paying for and the member of staff was very friendly. Would definately recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again. Will be visiting again very soon xx

Had a takeaway afternoon tea and travelled nearly an hour each way to collect it.... was totally worth it. Came with loads of food and got to choose the cupcakes to go in it too. So yummy. Thank you �

First time in there today and got a mint aero tray bake slice and a jammy dodger cupcake. The cupcake is so light it just melts and the tray slice is just heaven. We will be back again.

Crystal really is Willy wonker, her recipe for her cakes is just mouth watering and when I asked for my wedding cake I didn’t think it would be as unbelievable as this, you made my dream cake better than I could ever imagine thankyou so so much xxx

Crystal made a beautiful lemon two tiered drip cake for my sisters birthday. And the lovely lady at the shop stayed open passed closing time when I accidentally took 3 of the drips off transporting the cake, to fix it! It looked and tasted amazing � thank you xxx

Been few times now and we love it.my only issue yesterday was by the time my son's milkshake had arrived I had drank my tea and eaten cake we waited least 10 mins to be served and 15 to 20 for a milkshake

Afternoon tea was lovely. Shame about being charged for extra tea afternoon normally includes unlimited tea. Also the place was cold to sit in,shouldn't have to keep your coat on.

I've tried to message but due to the volume of messages I've had an automated response so don't think it'll be responded to personally.



Have eaten here before and cakes are tasty, but based upon my birthday cupcake order I'm afraid I have to score lower.



Came to collect selection of 24 cupcakes for my daughters first birthday and there had been abit of a mix up on what day I was collecting them so the decorating hadn't been finished. I happily waited but wish I'd have just pushed to collect the following day to save rushing. Upon first glance the cupcakes looked great (simply decorated as requested with Mickey Mouse silhouettes) but upon closer inspection when I got home a lot of the silhouettes were cracked and broken and the presentation just didnt live up to the standards I've seen from here before. My daughters name had been piped onto one of the cakes but because it was fresh, when they closed the lid to the tray for me to carry to the car, the name was destroyed as got smudged into lid - I was gutted.



They still tasted great but a pity about the final touches as the main reason I came here was for the fantastic end products. I think due to it being rushed it really lowered the standard.
