We are a reliable, independently, family run company with a team of highly skilled Installation and service engineers with over 3 decades of experience in home security. We specialise in installing, maintaining, upgrading and repairing burglar alarm systems in homes and commercial properties across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are proud to say that the majority of our customers have been with us since our formation.
What sets us apart from other alarm companies or the one man band setups, is that we are available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If a member of our staff is ill, takes a holiday, or is not available out of hours or weekends we will always still have at least one other engineer available to help you. The majority of our after hours calls are from people who cannot get a response from there existing alarm company when they have an issue with there current alarm system.
We are able to install our systems into any kind of property and are able to repair and maintain any intruder alarm system even if we did not install it. We can takeover your existing systems service contract. To date we have over 6, 000 satisfied customers!

Highly recommend getting the security service from them. They're professional so that your valuable time will not be wasted. They agreed to meet me at 8pm for my convenience and provided nice informational session. They patiently answered all my question and demonstrated their methodology by photos, charts, forms.

Fantastic service - cannot praise this company enough. Four hours following a power cut, the internal panel started sounding and I couldn't silence it. 15 Minutes after my call, Katie phoned me back and - despite the fact that CTB didn't install the system or maintain it - talked me through various things to do to silence it (as a temporary fix) until it we stopped it and was very kind and caring as I suffer from anxiety I have booked a return visit to resolve it permanently. and the price quoted seems very reasonable to me. I wish I could award more stars!
Excellent system, really helpful and friendly service. Would highly recommend, installed with minimal disruption, explained everything to us and excellent after care service. Really felt confident using this company, very conscientious engineers and a great system that is so easy to use with key fobs. If I move house I’ll definitely be using them again.
